As a seasoned foodie with extensive travel across India in pursuit of diverse culinary experiences, I had the opportunity to dine at Brik Oven located on Eco World, Bangalore. While the establishment presents itself with a rather modest and unassuming appearance, the overall experience proved to be pleasantly surprising.
The staff were notably polite and hospitable, contributing to a warm and welcoming environment. The food, in particular, exceeded expectations. The menu featured a range of well-prepared dishes, with special mention to the pizza, which was flavourful and executed to perfection. The cold coffee was exceptionally refreshing and stood out as one of the highlights of the meal.
Among all offerings, the toastie emerged as my personal favourite—perfectly balanced in taste and texture, it left a lasting impression. The milkshakes were rich and satisfying, adding to the overall appeal of the menu. However, the garlic bread was rather average and did not meet the same standard as the rest of the meal.
The ambience was reminiscent of a small, cozy café—comfortable and intimate. The background music was thoughtfully curated, enhancing the setting without being intrusive, allowing for easy and uninterrupted conversation.
In conclusion, Brik Oven is a charming venue that surprises with its culinary quality and thoughtful service. I look forward to revisiting this space in the near future and would certainly recommend it to those seeking a relaxed and flavourful...

we randomly landed up at Brik Oven after getting caught in a crazy downpour. We were literally dripping, half shivering, and all we wanted was something warm and comforting. First thing we ordered was a cappuccino, and oh my god, it hit the spot. Maybe it was the rain or maybe it was genuinely good, but we sipped it slow and just felt so much better instantly.
Then came the star of the evening: the Popeye pizza. Thin crust, loaded with fresh basil, and that balance of flavours where nothing felt too much. You know how some pizzas get heavy and oily? This one didn’t. It was light enough but still tasty enough to feel indulgent. Definitely something I’d come back for.
The vibe of the place also worked in its favour : casual, chill, no fuss. Perfect for sitting around, drying off, and digging into pizza.
Solid 4/5 from me. Would’ve been a straight 5 if there was that one little “wow” moment but still, totally worth it and I’m already planning...

Visited Brick Oven recently and honestly, it was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had in a while. The service was painfully slow — we had to wait over 45 minutes just for a sandwich, which is completely unacceptable.
The staff seemed totally disinterested and unresponsive. Despite multiple follow-ups, they barely acknowledged us. To make things worse, when the sandwich finally arrived, they had forgotten key ingredients that were clearly mentioned on the menu.
What you see online — the glossy pictures and nicely edited videos — is nowhere close to what you actually get. It felt misleading. The food itself was extremely bland, lacked flavor, and certainly didn’t justify the hype or the price tag.
If you’re thinking of trying this place, save your money and skip it. There are far better options around with much better service and food quality....
