Bombay Brasserie, Ecoworld Bangalore – A Culinary Delight
Nestled in the bustling Ecoworld district of Bangalore, Bombay Brasserie is an exquisite dining destination that masterfully blends traditional Indian flavors with contemporary culinary artistry. The restaurant exudes an inviting yet sophisticated ambiance, making it an ideal spot for both intimate dinners and business luncheons. The decor, a perfect fusion of vintage charm and modern aesthetics, complements the well-curated menu that offers a journey through India's diverse regional cuisines.
Exemplary Culinary Experience
The highlight of my visit was the Kashmiri Kebab Naan, an absolute revelation in taste and texture. The naan, delicately infused with subtle spices, served as the perfect canvas for the succulent, well-marinated kebabs nestled within. The flavors were bold yet harmoniously balanced, offering a rich, melt-in-the-mouth experience.
Accompanying this dish was the Walnut Chutney, a true standout. Its smooth yet slightly grainy texture, combined with an exquisite nutty depth and a hint of sweetness, was unlike anything I have ever tasted before. The chutney not only complemented the kebab naan but also elevated it to an entirely new level of indulgence.

Read moreWell it's hard to accept that the food (especially veg) wasn't appealing! We had ordered Chilli Cheese Kulchas, Aam papad Paneer, Jaipur kofta, Mushroom masala roast, Agra subz seekh kabab Roti, garlic Nan and chur chur paratha.
Let me start with Chilli Cheese Kulchas, they were bland! There were no chillies or they were very less which didn't contribute to the taste. It was very hard to finish this dish.
Aam Papad Paneer: It was something new, tangy, sour, Paneer were soft and different from rest.
Jaipur Kofta: The quantity of the gravy was good, it comes with 4 koftas and tasted good (this dish is sweet)
Mushroom Masala roast: Even this taste and quantity were good enough for 4 people.
Agra subz seekh kabab Roti: It was dry! I guess veg seekh kababs are like that. It was served with Rumali Roti.
Chur Chur paratha: I don't understand for what reasons this is in recommended dishes! The paratha were hard, over roasted and nothing Chur chur in it! This was utter waste.
About the place: Ambiance is appealing. The water pool gives a relaxing atmosphere. I feel the staffs were not knowledgeable regarding the menu and the things that were served with dish. They didn't inform us that starters were served with few pieces of Nan or rumali Roti. And also the service was pretty fast! We ordered around 5 starters (including non veg) and were served within 10 min! I mean you need at least 10 minutes to grill any chicken or any meat! We felt that dishes were prepared in advance and were served just by heating them. I strictly don't recommend it for...
Read moreHad been there last weekend and wished to review it. Google showed that I had reviewed it 5 years back and had given 5 stars. It's certainly time to change it. When it started at RMZ Eco world, it certainly server way above par. Last weekend was a way below my expectation. Had asked for Rajputana Kabab, Kashmiri Naan and Sheekh and Chicken Biryani plus french fries to keep kids happy. First is the service, had to ask for water to be served. Waited for 20 mins in nearly a less than half occupied restaurant that too on a Sunday night prime time. Then came the plates but no cutlery. Then came all 4 dishes together. Had to ask for the the fork and spoon!! Started with the Rajputana Shole kabab which was not warm. Felt it it was kept frozen and then warmed up to be served. By the time, we were done with it, the Naan had become papad and the mutton seekh was way too dry. Somehow was able to bite through half of it with the help of curd. Finally biryani - felt that it's the same Rajputana Shole kabab with excessively essenced rice. The only saving grace was the french fries which the kids ate!! Well prices were always on the higher side but we never complained as food was way better. It certainly is not the case now.
So reduced the food rating to 2, service to 3. Only the atmosphere is the same hence...
