I recently visited Burger King with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the service was lacking and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar.

Despite the restaurant not being crowded, I had to wait for an extended period of time before someone finally attended to me. This lack of attentiveness was quite frustrating and gave me a negative impression right from the start.

In contrast, I highly recommend visiting the BK Gandhi Bazar location for the best quality of Burger King food.

I have encountered instances where the employees at Burger King Banashankari are excessively chatty amongst themselves, to the point where they forget to attend to customers waiting at the counter. It is crucial for the staff to be attentive and prioritize customer service, ensuring that each customer feels valued and attended to promptly.

Furthermore, the cleanliness of the dining area leaves much to be desired. It is disheartening to see tables that are rarely clean, forcing customers like me to search for a clean table to sit and enjoy our meals. The premises were unhygienic, with visible bugs and flies on the floor and even in the kitchen area. Tables were dirty, and the floors were visibly unclean. When I inquired about the cleanliness, the staff informed me that housekeeping personnel were unavailable, and they could not address the issue themselves. Such a lack of hygiene in a food establishment is highly concerning.
