The premises were unhygienic, with visible bugs and flies on the floor and even in the kitchen area. Tables were dirty, and the floors were visibly unclean. When I inquired about the cleanliness, the staff informed me that housekeeping personnel were unavailable, and they could not address the issue themselves. Such a lack of hygiene in a food establishment is highly concerning.
