Order and Initial Negligence On 31st May 2025, I placed an order via your official app around 3:40 PM and entered the table number correctly. While other customers received their food to their respective tables without any issue, my order was delayed. Despite the app showing the order as delivered at 4:01 PM, we had still not received it even by 4:20 PM.
I approached the counter and inquired about the delay. A staff member named Vidya asked us to wait a few more minutes, but no progress was made. Later, another staff member near the billing counter rudely responded that it was our responsibility to inform them that we had ordered. This was the first time I had ever encountered such a rule. Her response was laced with arrogance and no intention to help. When I asked her name, she refused to answer and showed blatant disrespect. Her behavior was hostile and unacceptable, especially in front of other customers. Staff present refused to reveal her name, further indicating they were protecting her.
Staff Misconduct and False Identity When I asked for the store manager, the same staff member falsely claimed she was the manager. It was obvious from her normal uniform that she was not the actual manager. Another staff member later mentioned she was still in training. When I asked her about a trainee badge, she arrogantly responded, “Who the hell are you to ask me about that?”
As a paying customer, I have every right to know the identity of someone who is treating me with such disrespect. She finally said her name was Harshita, but I strongly believe this was a fake name, as staff around her were protecting her and continued to avoid giving her real identity.
Despite the situation escalating, Harshita continued her aggressive behavior and refused to apologize. This went on even after the store manager arrived approximately 45 minutes later, around 5:00 PM, claiming she was on a lunch break. Even in the presence of the manager, Harshita kept shouting, showing no remorse. This entire ordeal spanned between 4:20 PM to 5:30 PM.
Store-Wide Mishandling and Food Quality Concerns Eventually, nearly 20 staff members, including the manager, apologized. However, Harshita never apologized, which was the root cause of the entire issue. Even after all this, when our food was handed over, we noticed that the Berry Blast Thick Shake had been prepared more than 30 minutes earlier, losing freshness. When I raised this issue, Harshita insisted that this was the only one available. Only after I complained again did they replace it. This indicates poor food handling, mismanagement, and a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction.
Manager and Shift Manager Involvement The store manager later claimed that the matter was escalated to the area manager. However, based on the way things were handled, I have serious doubts about the truth of this statement. If it is true, I request to be contacted directly by the area manager regarding this complaint. If it is not, then the store manager has falsely reported resolution, which makes her equally responsible.
Moreover, the shift manager, who was said to be on a break, only arrived after an hour despite knowing there was a customer complaint. She too appeared to shield Harshita, and I was told that they are friends, which adds to the concern. Even when the manager was present, Harshita continued shouting from inside the store. She never accepted her mistake or offered any apology, unlike the other staff members who genuinely tried to make amends.
This entire experience was not only frustrating but also deeply humiliating, especially in a public setting. I am mentally distressed by the way your staff treated me.
A direct conversation or acknowledgment from the area manager, as promised by the store manager. If these points are not addressed seriously, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to consumer courts, FSSAI, and other relevant grievance platforms. I am ready to take legal action...

I had ordered from.guballala My order process was chaotic right from the start- first, a Rapido delivery executive was assigned without my knowledge, and I had no real option to track my delivery. Then, two more delivery personnel were assigned, causing even more confusion. When called the store to check the status, the staff provided no useful information about my order ID and advised me to cancel the order, which left me confused and hungry.
This lack of coordination wasted my time and left me waiting on the roadside for 20 minutes. According to the Burger King app, my order was canceled, but the Rapido delivery guy still showed up-I couldn't collect my order because I didn't have the OTP required for pickup. Calls to the store staff were no help; they were unaware that they could provide the OTP for my order. Only after a frustrating wait did a senior manager step in and finally give me the OTP so I could get my food.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The entire process left me hungry, frustrated, and feeling that Burger King's service standards have dropped significantly. While have always liked Burger King, today's incident has made me reconsider ever ordering from this outlet again.

The order was delivered within 10minutes but the content was horrific! Veg Whopper was stale, was smelling so bad that we felt it was days old. We had to vomit out since we directly took a bite of the burger without examining first. Immediately raised concerns with Zomato who refunded the burger cost. But at night when you trust a brand so dearly which you always been a fan of and to be disappointed to such an extent is unacceptable! My immediate thought was to even sue Burger King at consumer forum and health department to have a check on the quality of food being offered here. It was a pathetic experience!
Also my other order Chicken wings were messed up, we received chicken fingers and chicken nuggets instead however they were warm to indicate they were freshly prepared.
