Dear Management this for you .... if you are satisfied with your business and you getting good business then don't take any reaction against your staff .. why means ...I'm not a regular customer.. one of your customer...let me explain..I have ordered 2 meals (south & north ).. meanwhile we want to order a short eat that's why we ordered Masala papad ... I agree I have ordered masala papad after 2min of meals ordered and received after finished the meal .... and middle of the meal we told your staff also same thing that kindly cancel it because we are about to finish the meal .and witnessing other customer, and your staff literally thrown the masala papad to our table and said once you orderd we cannot be cancele and i hve replied this way boss i had ordered masala papad not a dessert..and the person who dont know ABCD about food he was talking all nonsense..(i dont want to explain everything).if you have CCTV kindly check what happened exactly (Date - 11-10 - 2022 time 3:00 Pm ) you will understand better .. Final word I know ihave written a big review it means I'm not a jobless...my intention is simple others should not get this kind of treatment from your staff. After paid the entire your food bill ..Thanks for treating...

Worst service.... worst hotel... service person is just totally uneducated...does not have the sense to please or serve the customer... I asked for two sugar less tea, paid for it and gave the slip to service person , the service person told to pay extra charges for sugar less tea because he has to make it separately... I told him the cashier did not tell or charged extra.... I went to have my breakfast with my uncle..... The person was simply murmering and with no heart he kept two sugar less tea on the stand but he never called me to take the tea, after finishing my breakfast I looked for the tea, tea was on the service stand which became very cold, was not able to drink it... I asked him why he did not call me to take the tea, he lied me telling that he called me.... Then I told him to heat the tea again but he said he cannot , he told me very rudely... I literally got very much angry atlast in front of him only I poured the tea in the wash basin.... I suggest other outside people to not to visit this hotel ....it's totally...

Overpriced bellow average food, Few items were taken out of refrigerator and served directly to us.

We could easily make it out that they were from yesterday's left over

We ordered dose, idli-vade, rice bath and other items. All of them were below average. Especially rice bath and vade.

Quantity and quality both were low but the price was very high.

Considering it a self service hotel, price was more than that which is served at a service hall.

Hotel staff was okay although they weren't service minded.

Considering the pandemic situation, there was no sanitizer or thermal check before entering. The least there could have been was a hand wash liquid at the wash basin but even that was absent.

The owner should seriously consider reviving this place as its been situated in a good location.
