We had burger at burger King so many times in various malls,but Lulu mall burger King is worst at its service,we took 5 glasses of 7 up worth rs 79 and they served us plain water, our members were aged people so they thought it is lemon water when I tasted it, surprised with its taste of plain water, when I complaint they told machine was not ready ,we will give u coffee, but they have only one coffee after long wait, when I asked she told i gave her only one glass so only one coffee,show us other glasses,but the sweeper already tool the glasses from table,Lavanya,manager there is very very irresponsibly speaking with me,denying to refund and told u are telling me after 45 minutes which was totally wrong. She didn't apologize for their mistake but arguing with me,very very very bad experience, they also didn't give icecream which come with combo,after complaint they gave it.and moreover there was no crowd at all at counter to make mistakes. This fast food operation might as well not be running at its best performance. They even cheat the system by acknowledging that order is ready for pickup (3080) for example and it’s not even ready. It took them 30 minutes to serve the order. And the cashier called a lady called lavanya after so many requests and argument she returning my money saying she is giving it from her pocket in a very worst manner. Then i had given the same money back to her and told her not to cheat customers like this.
Even the app is not responding when we mentioned the issue.
