Pavana Residency — Hotel in Bengaluru

Hi Dear oyo and goibibo team, First of all I would like to informing you that never fullish to anyone. I made the booking through goibibo and booking had done by oyo, would like to share my booking I'd is HTLVJ3HJB2.At the time of booking requested for the hot water should be get by 3a. M because of my flight at 5.50a.m but I faced lot of problem even didn't take the shower. I asked for the 2plates served by hand no Trey at all, Room occupied by 2gents but on the bed ladies heir ,Dirty smelly washroom as well as bed room also ,bed sheets used on the bed like used Bedsheet. Anyboby could see from out side what is happening in the room from out side. Couple never go for it don't spoiled your life for cheaper rate.... I could able to show all those pictures which had collected from the hotel. It's not called such a hotel like a lodge. Very pathetic wrost hotel in Bangalore. Guys you could find out all those pictures from goibibo website. Just search hotel Pavana .....i tried to call up goibibo and oyo customer care but phone was out of coverage no single bar on our mobile. Overall never trust...

Travelled to Bangluru by train after years, Hotel is just a few feet away from KSR Bangluru Railway Station, 90 feet to be precise(?). A great comfort for train travellers, right outside is Bus station and 150 M is the Metro Station. It's strategic position makes this hotel very comfortable for business as well as tourist travellers. Rooms are cool with AC, in a centralised AC city, clean linen, but need pest control badly. Lucky me, had inculcated habbit of chaining my bags locked at night and I prevented cockroaches travel with me back to Mumbai. The staff friendly; manager very accommodating, friendly & ready to help attitude. Bathroom needs some proper ventilation to prevent stuffiness and pests. Overall a comfortable stay, vegetarian food on room service menu, which needs a little fine tuning like they may advice cooks to save on oil and work on taste etc. A good budget hotel, kool and...

Pros: Near Railway station Near Bus Stand

Cons: Worst Management - Locked our room and went to dinner. On return found our locks to be broken, but management refused to check CCTV and didn't respond properly( Refer attached image )

Very close to Wine shop - Drunk men, who haven't even booked rooms, enter and knock the doors randomly, Even Security entertains such activities

NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN AND FAMILY TO STAY

Worst Ambience - Full of cigar and alcohol smell Worst Infrastructure - Cameras in all floors but not working, Wifi Routers in all floors but not working, TV in all rooms but not working
