Starbucks — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I am a regular here since almost 3 years and I find the place absolutely perfect for be it a cup of regular filter coffee or the Espresso and various other beverages and food to choose from. It's for all ages I must admit. And very professionally managed. All hygiene and covid measures adhered to. This was probably the only place me and my daughter would hang out regularly although many of my friends and relatives were apprehensive of venturing due to pandemic last year. We actually enjoyed the emptiness inside Starbucks which used to be beaming with people pre pandemic. However it has picked up the pace now and I am happy to see lot of people enjoying their coffee, snacks etc. I love...

Very Good Customer Service! The Caramel Mocha that was made today was great! The staff immediately comes to ur aid , greets and sanitize the hands the moment you walk in! They seem to really know the meaning of customer service ....I have worked part time interacting with the customers in the UK for almost 4 to 5 years I know how hard it is and how much dedication and patience is required....and I see the same kind of effort and dedication in these staffs ! They addressed about their new offers , they enjoy their work and even recognise their frequent customers which is the most important thing for a business ! I visited Starbucks with my husband after a couple of years, I would like to thank all the staff for being so kind. We placed our order and sat down, order was delivered without much delay but being the clumsy person I am I spilled all the coffee on the table, chair and myself, the staff very kindly helped me move to another’s table and asked about me whether I was fine being hot coffee and all , they did not worry too much that I messed up everything, was feeling totally embarrassed but to my surprise they replaced my coffee and also gave us free cake for tasting, what should have been a total disaster of an evening ended up just great Thanks and wishes to...
