I appreciate your concept—great ambiance, well-arranged setup, and a good menu selection. However, I was quite disappointed with my recent experience.

The tea was far too strong, and the proportion of milk to water seemed off. I ordered a regular large tea (158₹), and the takeaway cup felt weak and of poor quality. Additionally, I wasn’t provided with an invoice after placing my order. After just a couple of sips, I returned the tea and left.
