Cafe Coffee Day — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This unbiased review is based on my personal experience on visiting this Cafe and I don't recommend anyone to blindly believe in what I'm going to write .

Starting off with the positive note , the FOOD.

I've ordered a "flat white" and it was nicely prepared which was enough to satisfy my expectations for a typical evening coffee. In addition to that, the price was affordable for me.

The baristas were good and was friendly with me while placing my order.

Now I'm going to point out the things that I've found there as red flags for such a highly reputed cafe in my opinion.

The data limit: Even though they will provide the amenity "free wifi" for the customers , i have found it ridiculous that they have put restrictions in consuming it ( the data limit allocated per person is 1GB which was breached after ive finished reading 2 articles ) . As a customer who came there with an intention to work , it left me feeling "wasted" .

Lack of charging ports near to the tables: this has to be another major issue that the branch manager should pay attention to , if he/she wants to hook your consumers who would to do their remote / freelance works in a cafe . I've found out there was only 1 or 2 authentic charging ports at the ground floor ( near to 2 of the 5 tables ) . Another strange observation I've seen was that the charging ports under the big table were damaged and had to change my seat thrice before i was able to find a perfect table with a charging port nearby it.

Mosquitoes and flies : As much as I've found the interior design setup asthetically appealing , the mosquitoes and flies had ruined the peaceful ambiance for me at the interior ( ground floor). I was shocked to see many people walked away due to the lack of resistance against these unhealthy desease vectors. In my opinion, resolving this issue would sky rocket the healthy ambiance...

recently visited the CCD outlet at Esteem Mall, and while the ambiance was nice, the overall experience was quite disappointing.

The service was very slow—it took around 25 minutes to receive just a frappé cold coffee and a tandoori paneer burger. Before that, I had to wait an additional 7 minutes just to place the order due to a system issue. The delay was frustrating.

While the cold coffee tasted good and refreshing, the burger was quite underwhelming. There was no noticeable tandoori flavor, and it didn’t seem like it had any paneer at all—it tasted more like a regular veg cutlet. After such a long wait, it was disappointing to receive a below-average meal.

I hope the management looks into improving both service speed and food quality, as the brand has great potential and...

I ordered just now in the morning 1 double decker creamy smoked chicken and 1 choclate croissant. I don’t know who is the morning chef over there. But he prepares pathetic food. Even street food vendors prepare better than them. One hour we search in zomato and order something. You know how time it consumes for us? And yet after ordering if we are receiving pathetic service from you that too for 500₹ amount. How can you even serve burnt food to someone even though you know it was burnt and still sent us. You could have baked the bread again or reheat the new one but no you want us to eat the spoiled one only. Please whoever is the manager over there. Take care of this review seriously. And please serve food with whole hearted to someone...
