Strong advise against dining at this restaurant!! Low quality, unprofessional and untrained staff!! They have kept inexperienced young boys who claim themselves as managers on the floor!!! (Pictures and videos attached) We visited this restaurant today and had an extremely negative experience due to the behavior of the staff. They have goons in the name of managers who were managing the floor and allocating tables. The staff members were proud bullies to make customers go away! (Just as we did). It all started as we requested a table which had 5 chairs while we were just 3 of us. Upon the most slight insistence the person almost charged at us and argued like a goon against our demand. He was rude, disrespectful, and confrontational. What was more amusing was that they blatantly denied us even though more than 50% of the tables were empty. Even tables that were occupied had only about 2 out of 4 chairs taken. When we further mentioned that we will be there for a short time (as one of us had a flight to catch), one tiny fellow from the staff came gave an ultimatum “fine then I want the table to be vacated in 20 minutes”. When we asked for a manager that we could speak to, he argued and said ”i am only the manager” The self claimed managers on the terrace floor were brash and argumentative, and to say the least lame. It was an unfortunate incident and it was bewildering to see such ruthlessness can exist at a hospitality establishment to this date!! We did leave the place without ordering in about 10-12 minutes. Feel sorry for the owners, who perhaps spend crores on building an infrastructure but such goons can make them lose customers and their reference for a lifetime. Being a resident of north bangalore, someone who frequently dines out with my group of friends- we will never be visiting this place again! Others looking for a place to dine - There are many more options in north bangalore which have recently opened, even next door that you might want to check .. unless ofcourse you are happy to be bullied, argued upon by low quality untrained staff!! PS: 1. you can see some pictures of the one of two guys who was trash talking. First one I could not capture. 2. You can see video of us (with audio) walking out of the restaurant without placing order. Cc: Owners please note.

We have made a reservation way ahead in the morning for the 2 of us for an evening visit. Still when we reached there, waitress said there is no space in the rooftop and offered us a high table near the stairs one floor down. When we said we are not comfortable with this table, she plainly stated this is the only table she can offer(even though an entire section was empty on the floor) . When we insisted a bit, she talked to her manager and offered another table. She was behaving as if she is doing a favour to us. (deducted 1 star in rating cos of this) Food was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. There was nothing in terms of ambience except 3-4 statues placed here & there. Not sure why the whole Greek theme hype is there. Even the beer was okish, my husband ordered the testers for all and just found Belgian wit worth drinking. The dishes name in the menu are complicated intentionally (not sure what's the purpose 🙄) and it's kind of irritating wasting so much time reading them. Nothing exceptional on the menu. The same song kept on playing for almost an hour. Service was good. The manager was polite and courteous. All in all just another restaurant which can be visited. It's neither great nor bad. But don't expect an experience of any sort. There are much better restaurants in blr for this pricing with nicer ambience & good food options. We thought The Google reviews are totally misleading and it's definitely not worth the hype. Would rate it 3/5.

A delightful experience at Candles Brew House! My recent visit to Candles Brew House was fantastic. The ambiance is truly lovely, with a beautiful rooftop setting that offers a great view of the city. We visited on a pleasant day, and the weather was perfect for enjoying the open-air seating with our loved ones. The blend of classic statues, lush greenery, and comfortable seating creates a very inviting atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the unique touch of the beer brewing equipment visible through the windows. We tried a few delicious items from their menu. Here's what we had: * Sprite: ₹99.00 * Virgin Mojito: ₹319.00 (We had two, costing ₹638.00 in total) * Onion Rings: ₹369.00 * Chicken Pop: ₹459.00 * Cocoa Story: ₹399.00 * Corn Salt & Pepper: ₹329.00 * Chicken Affricana: ₹399.00 * Farmhouse Pizza: ₹589.00 The food was great. While the dessert options were a bit limited (it would be great if there were more!), we ended up choosing the "Cocoa Story," a chocolate mousse with brownies, which was a perfect sweet ending to our meal – rich and satisfying! The total bill came to ₹3773.00. While it might be a little on the expensive side for a small group, it's definitely worth it, especially if you're going with a larger group of family or friends to share the experience and costs. I highly recommend Candles Brew House for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience in Bangalore!

I recently had the misfortune of visiting the so-called Candle Brewhouse, and I must say, my experience was thoroughly disappointing. As I walked in, I was greeted by two female staff members at the reception, and unfortunately, their attitude and demeanor left a lot to be desired. The way they handled inquiries and responded to questions was downright rude, and their body language screamed disinterest. I was taken aback by their behavior, especially considering the pleasant ambiance that the restaurant seemed to boast. Speaking of ambiance, the décor and overall atmosphere of the restaurant were indeed good, but that's where the positives seemed to end. When it came to the service, I was appalled by the inefficiency and lack of courtesy displayed by the staff. In fact, I've had better service at a local dhaba, which is saying something! The service team at Candle Brewhouse seemed completely disorganized, and it took ages to get our orders attended to. The lack of attention to detail and the apathetic attitude of the staff were quite disappointing. Given the subpar service and the rude reception, I wouldn't recommend Candle Brewhouse to anyone. Instead, I'd suggest visiting a local dhaba, where the food is not only delicious but also served with a smile. The contrast between the two experiences was stark, and I couldn't help but wonder what Candle Brewhouse could do to improve their service and overall customer experience. Until they address these issues, I'd advise potential customers to steer clear of this...
