The mall is only the ground level taken up by two big Tata Enterprises- WestSide and Star Bazaar, which is not at all crowded if shopped after 8 pm. Very spacious indoors and intelligent planning of the floors. Westside has stuff for ultra experience in fashion and if you're member then you have some offers. However for boys aged 3-9/10, the choices are far too less, prices are of course moderate to high. Girls and women, fashionable men will get great outfits and home decor stuff is a thumbs up for me.

Star Bazaar was a delightful experience and Zudio- the in-store apparel outlet of Star Bazaar was the best. I shopped lots of tees and dresses at dirt cheap prices. Material quality of apparel is also great. The grocery stuff and cereals had lot of discounts on them. Fish, meat might not be very reasonable to buy in there. Would gave given 5 star rating. Westside billing staff need to be trained on how to deal with senior citizens. I was standing in front of a Plus size staff to exchange clothes and get the new billing done. After 20 minutes of staring and doing nothing, she berated the junior for not billing me. He was handling work with another customer. Suddenly she moves to another computer and tells me to come there. I told her you wasted my time by over 20 minutes. I have visited Star Bazar and I felt I should give feedback so management should understand the priority of the work. I have informed store manager couple of months back that you should think about People with Disabilities vehicles parking and your management should provide a reserve parking area for people with disabilities vehicles but unfortunately no action taken after my suggestion. As a TATA group management should come forward for our inclusive society and take a immediate decision on this.
