Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru — Hotel in Bengaluru

We had been for an event here and the hospitality was pretty bad. It looked like they were under-staffed. There were hardly any helpers around and in the live food section also there was only one person cooking and serving where there would have been required more for a guest count of more than 200 pax.

Also the valet parking was very unorganised. We had to wait for 25 min just to get our car back. When I spoke to the person there, he said that he was just shifted that evening to this hotel for this valet parking from another hotel and he was unaware of the building and parking sites.

The hotel should improve on this. With a brand name this can't...

I have visited all across the globe and I have seen some really great Hotel Teams wherein couple of team members would be always very helpful but this is the first time I have seen 💯 team members, right from Gateman to Front desk, room service guys, restaurant team, every single one of them very pleasing, smiling and more than willing to help and going little extra mile to make you feel special. Hope they can continue doing that so as lot of hotels start in this manner but lose out the steam later. Kudos to the management to create this kind of an environment. The ambience of this hotel is good, the food needs to be improved alot, i had kadai chicken curry and it has so much of capsicum in it instead of chicken...

Coming to the Rooms. Has this hotel is newly constructed, the furniture in the room is new and very clean and also every room has 55inch LG Smart TV, if you get bored you can watch any movies in OTT Apps ( Better than other hotels where they provide small TV Only with Dish Connection and Local Channels). but the rooms are little small.

Service is awesome, the people at front desk are very polite...
