Amyra Farms — Local services in Bengaluru

Very irresponsive, arrogant and seemingly lethargic online trade. I ordered a combo on 30-06-2025. Order ID : 11321. They sent a mail with tracking details on 01-06-2025. I started tracking the consignment that they have claimed to be sent by blue dart from 03-07-2025. But till this time 15:40 hrs on 05-07-2025 blue dart says "Online Consignment Booked". That means the consignment was booked and the contents were not takn by bluedart physically till the time mentioned above. I wrote an email requesting amyra farms giving facts and requesting them to follow up. No response at all. I tried over the official website's chat window twice. No response. I tried to contact them over phone on the number published on their website since 1 hour giving intervals but the phone is always giving back "busy" message which I consider that either the phone number is wrong or they have simply kept the receiver out of place to give busy tone always. VIEWING THE ABOVE IT GIVES ME AN IMPRESSION THAT THE COMPANY OR ITS STAFF IN CHARGE OF ONLINE STORE MANAGEMENT ARE NOT DOING A GENUINE JOB. I am posting the screenshots in support of the above.
