The food was stale and bad. The Chai was below average for 100 rs. The chips was tasting bad, and almost had started to get spoiled. The panneer puff, was not fresh. I expected the puff to be fresh, because I had ordered it at just 10am. The puff's condition, proved that it wasn't fresh. It was atleast 2 days old. Sad :(. I feel like I wasted a 450 bucks today. The service was excellent, but the quality of food was 2/10

First, they served us over-boiled black tea, and then followed it up with colored milk that smelled off. To add to the frustration, the store manager didn’t apologize or acknowledge the issue! . See the colour of the chai in the photo added!

How to ruin your weekend breakfast 101: walked into this place on a Saturday morning where there wasn’t even a crowd. The whole team together took 20 mins to take our order! They kept shuffling amongst themselves at the counter and we had to repeat our order 5-6 times!

Once placed, it took an eternity to be served! When we asked when would we get the order, they said 5 more mins and on and on and on!

The suffering didn’t end there: once we received the order and I started eating the Anda peppy Paratha, I found a piece of plastic in it and showed it to the staff! They said oh you found this inside the Paratha ma’am?? Wow!

The audacity! Didn’t even apologise and just asked me if I wanted to replace it!

You really think by this point I would be interested in waiting further??

Extremely pathetic experience! Never...

Worst staff, doesn't even have manners to talk to customers. Ordered chai, upma and poha for breakfast. I get a call from the food delivery company after 40 minutes that the item is unavailable and will be connecting me with the restaurant to choose an alternate item. The server bluntly said, I am busy and I don't have time to talk to customers. When I retaliated, he said the food item is not available, when I asked him to send the alternative item, he said there is none available, you have to cancel the order. Is this what we expect out of a reputed food chain? Seriously? We are not eating for free. We pay exorbitant prices to get your food and services and this is what we get. Extremely...

Place is very nice with good ambience but don't expect Starbucks standards. Tea is served in good old glass Cup which was super hot and very inconvenient to hold. Instead, they could serve in standard ceramic tea cups. Ginger chai was not real ginger based but with dried ginger powder which gives not so natural taste. Veggie puff was soggy and not that great after it was served super hot. Please provide better customer experience and better food as the customers who visit such places would look for different standards When you charge...
