Chatkara Gourmet — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I used to be a regular customer at Chatkara Gourmet because the food was good earlier. But sadly, the quality, quantity, & service have gone downhill over time.

Recently, I ordered a paratha (Rs 100), and what I got was half-cooked & almost inedible. The amount of curd they provide is laughable - barely a spoonful, as if it’s some luxury commodity. For the price charged, the portion size & accompaniments are simply not justified.

On top of that, the service is extremely poor. They promise your order will be ready in 10 minutes, but you end up waiting 30 minutes outside with no seating arrangement & no shade to protect from the rain.

And this isn’t a one-off bad experience. Lately, it has been the same story with pizzas, burgers, & pastas too. The food is either half-baked, tasteless, or just not worth the price.

The owner seriously needs to wake up & take responsibility before loyal customers completely walk away. At this rate, the place is running on past reputation, not on...
