I always choose to stay at Trinity Suites whenever I visit Bangalore. It truly feels like home because of the hospitality of the staff and the welcoming ambiance. I must appreciate the warm and friendly staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. They serve a tasty complimentary breakfast, which is a great add-on. Since 2017, I have been opting for Trinity Suites, and they have never failed to impress me with their excellent service.

I must also mention that I forgot my pair of shoes, and two days after leaving the hotel, I called and asked about them. They had kept my shoes safe and couriered them to me within two days. Location is perfect. Rooms are good and specious (atleast for single occupancy). Cleanliness is good but can be better. I experienced smoky air when entered.

Bathroom should have exhaust fan for air circulation. The toilet and bathroom should have a separation e.g. glass partition. After bath the entire floor gets wet and there is no mopping equipments to wipe out the water.

Flush could have been much better. Room service is good. Receptionist was very helpful and quite prompt in arranging things requested such as housekeeping, airport cab early morning, billing etc. But the breakfast quality was not at all good. Sambar was not at all served hot. Idlis were little tight instead of being soft and fluffy. The area where food was kept was not at all clean and tidy. Staff was not efficient.
