A very good experience.
Place: Looks like a small residential place converted into a shop. But very homely and never felt uncomfortable. The people at the shop are very polite and answers all the questions... Encourages to check the bikes and ask questions. Conveniently located in Indiranagar.
Stock: High quality bicycles are in stock. I could see Scott, polygon, bergamont, and veloce bikes. Couldn't find anything else.. it might be probably bcz to f recent lack of stock all over the world. Especially S size bikes are not in stock.
What I purchased: I bought a Scott Aspect 930 size M. My height is 167 cm. Although it overlaps both M and S sizes, 930 was not available in S size and I felt okay in M. The person in charge there very nicely fitted the bike and requested me to take test rides multiple times.
What could be better: The space could be a little bigger. I understand that maybe because of recent circumstances everyone is going through rough times. And we all should support the good cycle shops. So, no bad feelings here. Just wishing that in the future the shop grows bigger :-)
In other shops I could take a small ride around the shop, especially, Bums on the saddle. But here I was not given this opportunity until I bought the bike. If you are not sure how the bike rides then it might be a little difficult to decide.
Rest all is fine and strongly encourage all to choose this shop especially for Scott and bergamont cycles....
Read moreExtremely ordinary cycle shop masquerading as a premium bike store in Bangalore. Have limited bike & accessories collection. Service team is pathetic. Kept my cycle for 4 weeks without fixing basic Tyre/ Tube puncture issue. Dispatched bike without checking air pressure. Found out the rear tyre had a puncture when I received the bike back. Truly unprofessional.
In follow up to the response posted.. Firstly thank you for taking time to read the review. Just so you have additional information, providing factual details.
Day 1: Dropped off bike in the morning, requesting wheel fitting. Got a call in the evening informing bike is ready for pick up.
Day 2 - Day 22: Got multiple calls following up on bike Pick up. I informed about by sudden international travel and notified will be back 3rd week of March.
Day 23: Sent driver to pick up bike. Got informed of non-patchable puncture in front tube, and non availability of new tube. I sent across spare tube I had. Got replaced and bike was sent back, in my car.
Day 24: Morning. On pre-ride inspection of bike, I noticed low sir in rear tyre. Also noticed the rear tubes’ valve nut missing. Afternoon, I sent bike back. Then informed rear tyre is in bad condition and so is the tube, requires replacement and no stock availability. I asked for bike to be sent back, and...

After all this , I called up Procycle . They picked up the cycle again . They have told me that they have sent it to GIANT . But its been 10 days and they keep saying there is no response.
My advice to all is to directly purchase from Giant show room instead of going thorugh these stores. Yes , they do convinve you they have their experts. Its all good if ur cycle is not defective. If it is defective , trust me , you will get no help.
