Trust me when I say you are not the only one who has a hard time getting the correct pronunciation of this place. Best to Google to understand the correct one. The place is heavy on the pocket, and portions are smaller, but the quality overshadows it. Their hospitality was something I had never experienced anywhere before. We started the dinner with the on-the-house DIY garlic bread. Luckily my friend knew the procedure and helped me prepare it, but do not hesitate to ask the attendant for help. Important point! Before you order any item, ensure you understand all its content. I suggest you use Google Translate as their menu is in English but with Italian names. Next, we had PROSCIUTTO E MELONE. It is thin slices of ham with fresh Melon, Mint & Olive Oil. Although I’m not a fan of melons, I gobbled up this one pretty fast. My taste buds loved the complimenting taste of the savory ham and the sweetness of the melon. Next came the exquisite giant prawns or GAMBERI ALLA GRIGILIA. These finely cooked Tiger Prawns come with a lemon, capers, and butter sauce with grilled vegetables. The prawns were soft, and the sauce lifted the taste even better. Having had such exotic items, we moved to the traditional pizza, FRUTTI DI MARE. The pizza has mixed seafood toppings and mozzarella. We ended our dinner on a sweet note with their BOMBA DI CIOCCOLATO or a Chocolate Bomb with Vanilla Ice Cream. It is a better version of the lava cake we get elsewhere. I have relished their renowned Spaghetti Aglio Olio and Risotto at their other locations. Cheers! Oops, I meant Saluti!

Let’s just start with the moment you walk in, the ambiance resembles a small Italian country side house which is unique and distinct.
Coming to the food and drinks, mocktails were all pretty good, did not see anything other than wines in the alcohol section though.
Food is quite bread heavy, they give a complimentary bread basket when you order something which is alright. The veg platter comes with 4 starters in one, of which the Mushroom dish and the fritters were amazing the other 2 were bruschetta and another similar bread dish, again, quite brad heavy. The starters are not what I would go in again for.
Now coming to the mains is where Chianti shines. The pizza was the chewy crush type which is not my preference but absolutely loved it here, they had excellent sauce bases and was wood fired to perfection. Unlike most places they did not just cover the entire thing in cheese which is excellent. Pasta and ravioli were just to die for good. No other words to explain the taste but to recommend you all to have a visit and have ravioli if nothing else.
Pricing is on the higher spectrum but if you have zomato pro it is good. They also levy a 10% service charge which I do not understand as they also put GST on the bill.
You can find parking on the main road, although I think I saw a board telling valet parking but did not see any one to park for you.

I don't usually give out 5 stars to places, but I have to admit Chianti truly deserved it. Chianti is located amongst quite a lot of other popular restaurants on Food Street and although from outside, its decor doesn't stand out immediately, the interior makes up for it. The place is lined with chandeliers and dim lighting which enhance its quiet and romantic aspect. I really enjoyed the ambience here. I went in a group of four, and our food was served moderately quickly. The waiters here were helpful and attentive but not overly pushy either when it came to serving us. Our table was already set with basic cutlery such as forks, knives, spoons, and salt, pepper, and olive oil. I have not tried many Italian dishes before and so I cannot verify the authenticity of the food here, but regardless I enjoyed it quite a bit. The food had the right blend of spices, herbs, and cream with a distinct taste that set it apart from your usual Indian cuisine. I liked the note provided to us on how to prepare and eat your garlic bread separately. The price of dining over here was set in between; not too expensive but not terribly cheap either. Overall, my experience at Chianti turned out to be great and I would definitely recommend it for intimate gatherings and get-togethers.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chianti in Koramangala, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. Nestled in the heart of this bustling neighborhood, Chianti offers a cozy and inviting ambiance that immediately sets the stage for a memorable dining experience.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted warmly by the staff who were attentive and friendly throughout the evening. The interior is tastefully decorated, with dim lighting, elegant furnishings, and a relaxed atmosphere that creates the perfect setting for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the food. Chianti specializes in Italian cuisine, and it certainly lives up to its reputation. The menu offers a wide range of traditional Italian dishes, from classic pasta and pizza to hearty meat and seafood options.

To start, I ordered the Caprese Salad, and I was immediately impressed by the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil were drizzled with a tangy balsamic glaze, creating a burst of flavors that was both refreshing and satisfying.

For the main course, I opted for the Gnocchi Gorgonzola, and it was a true delight. The homemade potato dumplings were cooked to perfection, with a tender texture that melted in my mouth. The rich and creamy gorgonzola sauce added a savory depth of flavor, complementing the gnocchi beautifully.

The wine selection at Chianti is impressive, with a variety of Italian and international options to choose from. The knowledgeable staff was more than happy to recommend a wine that perfectly complemented my meal, enhancing the overall dining experience.

One aspect that stood out to me was the attention to detail in the presentation of each dish. Every plate was beautifully arranged, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. It was evident that the kitchen team at Chianti takes great pride in their culinary creations.

The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant feeling satisfied. The flavors, the textures, and the overall quality of the food at Chianti were truly outstanding.

In conclusion, Chianti in Koramangala is a gem for Italian food enthusiasts. With its inviting ambiance, attentive service, and delectable dishes, it offers a delightful dining experience. Whether you're seeking a romantic evening or simply craving authentic Italian flavors, Chianti is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant for a memorable culinary journey...

Got my Zomato gold and which better place to start with than this? The most authentic Italian restaurant in the vicinity. Went here with colleagues post office. The restaurant is easy to locate in the bustling Koramangala 5th Block. Decent decor, mostly wooden. Very pleasing and welcoming vibe which is a plus. We were three of us and this is what we ordered.

Pizza Di Chianti: A fine dish with exotic toppings like olives, mushroom, chicken and other veggies with the right amount of cheese. It tasted brilliant.

Lasagne D Agnello: Minced lamb lasagne which had a perfect balance of flavor, strength and density. The lamb was really fresh and went really well with the other components of the dish.

Fettuccine Siciliana: Pasta with chicken chunks, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, creamy white sauce topped with red chilly. This dish will fill you single handedly. The white sauce was perfect in texture and not too thick unlike other places. The chicken was tender and succulent. The Fettuccine pasta was long tender strands which was cooked to perfection. Loved this dish.

Petto D Anatra Arrosto: Best duck dish I've had till date. This dish is just spectacular. The medium crunch duck strips, the mushroom risotto, the orange sauce, and the sauces all go hand in hand. The duck however takes the spotlight. That aroma, that tenderness, that flavor which explodes in your mouth after every single bite is totally mesmerising. A must try dish.

The staff were friendly and courteous. They can improve on their service though. It gets slow as the crowd builds. All in all, a great...
