I recently had the opportunity to dine at a restaurant that I had heard mixed reviews about, and unfortunately, my own experience fell into the category of disappointment. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this place had its fair share of issues.

Let's start with the positives – the ambiance was okay. It had a cozy atmosphere with dim lighting and tasteful decor, which could have set the stage for a pleasant evening. However, it was all downhill from there.

The most glaring issue was the food. It's baffling how a restaurant can manage to get it so wrong. The menu promised a variety of delectable options, but what arrived at our table was far from appetizing. The dishes were bland, lacked creativity, and were served at a temperature that suggested they had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. It's disappointing when you anticipate a flavorful meal and end up with something that you could have cooked better at home.

The poor service only exacerbated our frustration. It took an eternity for someone to take our orders, and once we finally managed to place them, our drinks and appetizers arrived long after we had lost interest. This issue is initially we have ordered lumpsum of food through swiggy and since there were lot of items the order was split with two deliveries in which one got delivered and the other one was not delivered and from swiggy we got a refund for the undelivered food...then again we ordered same undelivered food from same restaurant and we have paid for it and we waited for 2 hours and later we got call from delivery agent stating the restraunt is refusing to cook the food and deliver it stating the already have cooked and sent the food....it is so frustrating and we wasted lot of time ChatGPT said: Here’s a strongly worded bad review you can post for Le Arabia Restaurant, Koramangala (mentioning the branch in-charge Shivakumar):
