A Memorable Dining Experience at The Reservoire
I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Reservoire, and I must say it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that set the perfect backdrop for a delightful evening.
The menu was an impressive blend of traditional and innovative dishes, offering something for every palate. As a lover of seafood, I opted for their signature Butter Garlic Prawns as an appetizer. The soup was rich and creamy, with a generous portion of tender meat. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and it was evident that the chef paid great attention to detail.
For the main course, I decided to try their grilled fish with lemon butter sauce. The dish arrived beautifully presented, with a side of roasted vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes. The fish was cooked to perfection, flaky and moist, and the lemon butter sauce added a tangy and refreshing twist. The accompanying sides complemented the fish wonderfully, providing a satisfying and well-rounded meal.
The service was impeccable. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring that every need was met. The staff was well-versed in the menu and took the time to explain the various dishes and ingredients, creating a personalized dining experience.
One aspect that stood out to me was the attention to detail in the presentation of each dish. Every plate was beautifully arranged, showcasing the chef's creativity and passion for food. The portion sizes were generous, and the flavors were expertly balanced. It was evident that the kitchen staff took great pride in their craft, as each dish was prepared with care and precision.
In addition to the excellent food and service, They also had an impressive selection of wines, beers and cocktails. The wine list featured a variety of options, ranging from bold reds to crisp whites, ensuring that there was a perfect pairing for every meal. The bartenders were skilled in their craft, creating unique and delicious cocktails that were both visually appealing and flavorful.
The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it the perfect place for a special occasion or a casual night out. The restaurant had a cozy and intimate feel, with soft music playing in the background and comfortable seating arrangements. The staff was friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Overall, my dining experience was exceptional. The combination of delectable food, attentive service, and inviting ambiance made for a truly memorable evening. Nothing like a few drinks to relax after a long week. The bunch of us caught up after a long time at The Reservoire in Koramangala. This is not your average Joe pub. The whole building emits a vibe of the Soho and Bank district! The building has been beautifully designed and the decor is tasteful. There is valet parking available. We started off with signature cocktails The Reservoir Martini and the Reservoir Cotton Candy. They have huge collection of over 170 cocktails which gives ample options to choose from. They have a huge collection of signature cocktails. For those with a strong liver, they have potent boot drinks which is served in a glass boot. The Evil Death is one such and it is potent! They have a good food menu to complement the drinks. We ordered the Honey Lemon Paneer (Panner cooked well, soft on the inside and crispy outside) and the Loaded Nachos ( the nachos were good in quantity and taste). The Tandoori Jinga was delicious. We went through a couple of repeat orders. The veg options were equally good. The Tandoori Broccoli (one of the best we have had) and Crackling green (crispy spinach with a sweet twist). We were really hooked onto their Tandoori dishes. We tried the Mutton Galoti kebab and the Shrek kebab. The Ajwaini Fish Tikka and the Lahori Chicken Tikka were delicious. They had a special Valentine's special menu with Cheese Lovebites ( whole cheese hearts fried with a yummy dip) and the Chicken Sholay kebab (all the way from Old Delhi). Do try them while they are still on the menu. They were playing retro and classic rock. The place really felt good. We had a few more cocktails. We did order the Grilled Calamari. This was my favorite of the place. We wrapped up with desserts. The Blueberry Panacotta was to die for. We also tried the Apple pie and the Tiramisu. The Reservoire does not disappoint in the desserts category! It was a wonderful evening thanks to wonderful service. We...
