Coffee Brewery - Jayanagar — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I recently visited here and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share this feedback in the hope that necessary steps will be taken to improve.

Firstly, the staff seemed inexperienced and poorly trained. This was evident in their inability to manage basic customer requests efficiently. A well-trained staff is the backbone of any establishment, and the lack of it severely impacts the overall experience.

Secondly, the quality of the food was disappointing. The dishes lacked flavor and authenticity, and it was apparent that little attention was paid to preparation and presentation. To cite a specific example, the mojito I ordered tasted like nothing more than sugar dissolved in water — an absolute letdown.

Lastly, the maintenance of the establishment leaves much to be desired. Cleanliness and upkeep are non-negotiable for creating a pleasant dining environment, and this standard was not met during my visit.

I urge the management to prioritize hiring skilled and well-trained staff, improving the quality of food, and ensuring proper maintenance. Guests expect a certain standard, and addressing these issues can elevate the overall experience.

I hope to see significant improvements...

Went on August 15th, there was only one man taking care of the whole place from billing, cooking and serving.

We had the English breakfast (one with salami and the other with sausages) and it went horribly wrong, the sausages, mushrooms, the salami, and the tomatoes were badly done and burnt. Their coating/masala was black in colour. They seem to have been cooked with old oil and tasted really bad.. the breakfasts missed baked beans, mashed potatoes as well as the boiled egg.

I didn't receive a bill copy, but sharing the payment receipt. They could have simply told us that the breakfast wasn't available rather than serving us a "burnt offering"!

The tables weren't cleaned and so was the washroom (with tissues thrown all over the place). The board games also need sanitization, they were all sticky.

Two stars for the internet. But do not recommend coming here just for that. It's a waste of money.

The ACs were not working, and flies everywhere. You know it's really bad when the staff assigned me as one of the people who paid for the wifi, the hottest, and noisiest table near the door. Which has a sign to be kept closed because of the noise from the main road (but the staff themselves don't).

Honestly, It was a hell to work here. Apparently the only people who come in are snobby and xenophobic teens/ young adults who will not stop staring at you.

When the staff assigned a random 20 something to sit right across from me with no civic sense, that was the last straw.
