The only time reason one should visit Onesta is for the unlimited Pizzas.

We were invited inside by staff who looked lethargic and uninterested. First impressions are really important and they failed in that. But humans are emotional beings, and we never know what they were going through, so let's just keep that aside.

The place looked great! Even though it was early in the evening, the interiors looked good! We were excited by the looks and expected the same with the food. There was one more group apart from us, and we expected good response time from the staff. But we were disappointed.

For starters, we ordered some Herbed Wedges, Fries, Jalapeno Poppers and wanted to order some Cheesy Nachos. Now Nachos are one of the popularly ordered items in such places and we wanted to try Nachos in Onesta. We were told that they were all out of Nachos and their day hadn't even crossed halfway yet. We had to order 2 portions of Wedges and My God we were disappointed.

The portions are terrible. Herbed Wedges were hardly Herbed, fries were hardly crispy and the Poppers were so-so. I went on to order Baked Pasta, as I'm a Baked Pasta fanatic. The Cheesy Baked pasta also was less in terms of quantity and the taste wasn't worth the price. I know Onesta is known for their Pizzas, but I just wanted to try and now I know I should never be doing that mistake again!

The only thing that was worth the price was the Green Apple Cooler. The glass it was served in was massive and it was definitely refreshing after all the disappointment.

I'd never want to visit the place again, if not for the Unlimited Pizza option.

Edit 1 : One of the members in our table asked for a glass of hot water and the response from the staff was good. Credit where credit is due. But, to get some regular water for the rest of us, we had to ask them 4 or 5 times at regular intervals! That's why I got fed up by the 4th time and ordered a Green Apple Cooler.

Edit 2 : The men's restroom didn't look like it was maintained well and it looked like the urinal...

Extremely Disappointed with the Quality – Onesta Kammanahalli

Yesterday, I ordered an Aloo Tikki Burger from Onesta Kammanahalli through Zomato for dinner, and I must say it was an extremely disappointing experience. The quality of the food was far below expectations, and it completely ruined my mood.

First, the patty was clearly reused and overburnt. It was hard, dry, and tasted stale – as if it had been sitting around for a long time before being reheated. Secondly, there were no fresh vegetable toppings in the burger as promised. Instead, it was thrown together with what seemed like leftover scraps.

The bun was another major letdown – it was old, dry, and lacked the softness you'd expect in a freshly made burger. It’s shocking to receive such low-quality food when we’re paying for what’s advertised as a food

I'm not expecting you to replicate the perfect, glossy images you use for branding. I understand there can be some difference. But at the very least, you should provide decent quality food that matches the basic standards of freshness, taste, and hygiene.

This was unacceptable, and I sincerely urge you to reevaluate your food preparation and quality control processes. Such poor quality will only damage your reputation and drive loyal customers away. I hope this review reaches someone who genuinely cares about maintaining...

I had reviewed this restaurant 4 months back. I really like the taste of pizzas here. However the staff here is absolutely negligent non co-operative and absolutely non customer friendly.i would like to name that person "Mr Rohit" in Kammanahalli branch. We had a very long day and visited this pizzeria at around 3.45 pm for lunch In there website they have written about the 50 % discount on Fridays if it was the birthday month. Once we visited this kammanahalli branch this Rohit said that this is not a valid offer, even though we showed it on their website.then we asked what else offers are going on. By 4 Pm happy hours was about to start. We enquired if the happy hour is valid for which this person said it's not applicable Then finally we ordered take away. He gave us 25%discount and did not deliver the complete order. Even though he charged us for tiramisu he didn't give it to us. The bill provided didn't give the details of amount charged. We realized that tiramisu was not packed when we were half the way home.when called up this Mr rohit says that he forgot and was mistake We Were so irritated by this behaviour. We were the only ppl in the whole restaurant to order and take away as it was odd hour . I'm really disappointed with their service and negligent behavior of this person. Will never ever visit this...
