the poor service I experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay, and I feel it is essential to address the issues that I faced.
Firstly, the Wi-Fi service provided in the room was of very poor quality. The internet speed was very slow, with a maximum speed of 2-3 Mbps, which made it difficult to carry out my work effectively. As a business traveler, a fast and reliable internet connection is critical to my work, and it was very frustrating to have such poor service.
Secondly, I found the hygiene level in my room to be very poor. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was particularly unhygienic. There was no exhaust in the washroom, which made it very uncomfortable to use. Furthermore, the commode was blocked, which caused an unpleasant smell in the room. They started some work early morning, banging with hammers at 6 o'clock and when raising the concern they didn't even bother to stop it.
The images posted for this hotel is totally fake. Even the receptionist also agreed and when i show him the images he clearly mentioned that those rooms are premium ones and has no tie up with fab hotels. I even checked with fab hotel representative and booked directly with them. I wonder how these guys would be treating those who booked from other third party website.

Read moreThis is by far the worst hotel I've ever visited. They have less than 20 rooms available, and they are located on the 3rd Floor of a commercial complex. But their high-headedness and vague and meaningless policies will make you question your decision of booking with them. This is the first ever hotel that I've seen that doesn't allow visitors in the guests rooms during the daytime. If you're looking at booking a room with them, I'd suggest not booking it, but if you have no other option, book for a night, experience the rude behaviour of the staff, get a taste of services not provided - they don't replace towels or bed linen until you call them 5 times to do so, and then decide if you want to stay there for more nights. This hotel is such a scam, that even FabHotels is in bed with them, to the extent that when I called them to cancel my reservation, they changed the cancellation policy on my booking so that I wouldn't get a refund. If there are laws for consumers to get quality service, these guys definitely know how to twist them to serve their own purpose. WORST...

Cockroaches, broken chairs, impolite staff and average rooms are all hall mark of this place. 1500 per night is quite expensive for a treatment of mere 500 rs worth room. Badly managed hotel. Very unprofessional attitude by the front desk. 1500 per night is too much and they have 11.00 a.m to next day 11.am booking concept.
