I recently asked for a regular bowl and was given several options to choose any one from every segment, but was later informed that some items were additional and chargeable. The add-ons were not clearly communicated upfront. It's important to have staff at the counter who can speak and understand English effectively, as not everyone in the South understands Hindi.

I declined to pay for the additional toppings and requested a new bowl. Fortunately, the manager agreed to provide the same bowl without extra charges.

Had heard of a good name for Mexican Burrito however did not stand to its expectations and word that has been spread. The quantity of the burrito bowl was equivalent to that of a small young kids Lunch or dinner against the Size of bowl that was taken to put. Rice Chicken, black beans was put in miserly.... Customers insistance was not considered and they kept putting very little quantity. Lettuice olives and jelepino was put for the name sake.
