Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This afternoon, I ordered food from Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant - No.710, Varthur Main Road, Thubarahalli, Whitefield branch. Having waited almost 90 minutes plus for food, I called the restaurant to find out the status. The staff told me that the delivery boy had canceled the order. I was shocked and angry given the amount of time I had waited. I asked to speak with the manager, but the staff refused to put me through.

It's evident the Whitefield branch is over all controlled & administered by the delivery boys. I don't recommend ordering food online from this restaurant. It was decided that I would not order food from that restaurant branch again and that I would spread the message to my family and friends. This unacceptable behavior needs to be addressed so that customers don't suffer from poor customer service...

order led XL biryani for 380 rs through zomota and the biryani was so cheap that it was not even eatable . It was cheap. Taste was ridiculous. Only one small chicken piece. "BIRYANI IS FOR PIECE AND PEACE BUT THIS RESTAURANT BIRYANI DESTOYS OUR PEACE " .....Never ever again order from this restaurant in my whole life . Be aware guys...it's purely SCAM from restaurant specially when u order from online.Might be owner is not aware seems... such a cheap quality biryani.... half cut rice ...it's not even hjeera sambar rice...it was like society cut rice.... while opening biryani itself felt smelly and chicken was spoiled already. Did complaint to zomoto..but no use.... soon talapakatti name will be destroyed. No more talapakatti food...

Taste is too good but 400+rs rupees on mutton biryani is definitely not worth it. I just got 1 small piece of mutton with bone and meat and rest are all only small bones with no meat. This is like total scam for online orders. We can't even make proper complaints in Swiggy for such case. I was craving for mutton biryani but it was a total disappointment. I see many reviews on the same issue. Every time you say in words that you will improve but I don't think so. Don't ruin your reputation for 2 to 3...
