Sanskriti Tiffins and Cafe.
I wandered into Sanskriti Tiffins and Cafe, a place of vibrant hues and fragrant spices. The air was thick with the aroma of curry and fragrant spices, and I felt myself drawn to the warmth of the decor. It was as if I had stepped into a different time, where everything was a little slower and a little more indulgent.
I settled in at a small table and ordered a steaming cup of masala chai. As I sipped the aromatic tea, I couldn't help but notice the intricacy of the ambience that adorned the atmosphere. It was as if each corner had been crafted with great care, infused with a sense of reverence for the culture it represented.
And then the food arrived; with the colors and textures of the various dishes arranged in a beautiful, almost poetic way. The flavors were bold and complex, each one unfolding like a story on my tongue. I could taste the spices and herbs that had been carefully chosen, the passion and knowledge of the chef shining through in every bite.
As I finished my meal, I realized that Sanskriti Tiffins and Cafe was more than just a restaurant. It was a celebration of culture and tradition, a place where food and art and community came together in perfect harmony. I left feeling nourished, not just in body but in spirit, grateful for the experience that had left me feeling so...
Read moreNamaste! My elder brother (Kumar Sourabh, KnowledgeFlex) had suggested me to eat cuisine of this restaurant. I recently had the pleasure of eating the food of this restaurant specializing in Bihari cuisine (The food has been cooked in Bihari style) and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I eat the tawa paratha, the taste was like homemade paratha, if you are from Bihar and you want to eat here, you’ll feel the essence of Bihar. The food was the real star of the show, however. Each dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I particularly enjoyed the Tawa Paratha & Chicken and Tawa Roti & Karahi Paneer , which was one of the best I have ever tasted. The spice level was just right, and the flavors were bold and well-balanced. The fish curry and Rice were also excellent, with the meat cooked to perfection and served. The service is also exceptional. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure that your dining experience is top-notch. They are happy to answer any questions you have and make excellent recommendations. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to experience the unique flavours and aromas of Bihari cuisine. The food, service, and I can't wait to return for another...
Read moreWhile passing through the lane, I came across this little place called Sanskriti tiffins and immediately googled it. The reviews were amazing, so decided to give it a try. So today we planned to have lunch there. Once we entered the place, felt welcome by the authentic Bihari greetings and vibes. And the host eagerly asked your food preference and suggested options including today’s specials. Though I wanted to try the Dehati chicken, going with hosts suggestion, I ordered fish curry and rice. And my wife being vegetarian opted for Matar paneer thali. And when the food arrived, first thing we noticed is the freshness and aroma of freshly cooked spices. And the taste as promised was authentic Bihari style and we loved it. The perfectly cooked fish curry in mild mustard gravy, taste of fresh fish (you can easily tell that it’s not the iced ones), home style tawa roti and Matar paneer and the fast service all made the experience more amazing. Prices are also very VFM. We would be visiting/ ordering again to try out rest of the dishes for sure. Do visit if you are in the area and want to try authentic n fresh...
