It is again a budget low frill business hotel. Which is fair. The room and bathroom are small but clean. Window looking out to someone else's house so need to keep it closed. It gets stuffy. The major disappointment was breakfast. We were not expecting a feast but the front desk staff just goes out to the deli outside the hotel and gets idli wada in the container (wada was exact count 2 for 2 people). Even that tasted bad. Bread is opened and kept in its cover and simply nothing else! When asked he refused to serve tea and said only coffee will be served. When we raised our distress, he agreed to make tea and toast our bread sullenly. Would recommend to not include breakfast and pay for it. There are options right outside one can...

The hotel provided a decent stay for a short duration of 1 or 2 days, although the rental cost seemed a bit high. Initially, there were issues with the first room, including a malfunctioning bathroom and bedside charging socket. After relocating to another floor, the second room had a non-functional TV. Horrible hotel. Doesnt even deserve 1 star rating. Hotel is run by 2 boys who are least interested in providing any service. No hot water, no iron, no hair dry, no room cleaning, only 1 item in breakfast. Door has no additional locks, excpet that rooms were clean albeit very very tiny. Will never stay in any Fab Hotels ever.
