Order number 320 on 20/7/2019 @9.45 pm ----- WORST customer service. CALL UP EVERYTIME EVEN IF THEY KNOW THE ADDRESS . I had ordered pizza and it was NOT DELIVERED but in the tracking APP it was mentioned as delivered & they did not bother to return back the money, I had to call them next day and inform that the pizza was NOT delivered & then they told you will get the refund in 8 days. when asked about how was the message mentioned as delivered when there is no pizza , The delivery boy mentioned as it was told by his manager to do so. Now whom to blame.....???? They are Careless in their work. BEWARE...

So, I visited this outlet yesterday and have to say the place was a little filthy. not only our table I checked the ones beside us, there was leftover crumbs from god knows when. there was dried up sauce on the table, making the table very sticky, the sauce had almost turned black, looks like they haven't cleaned since 2 days. due to this dried up sauce and crumbs, there were flies around the table, always buzzing near the food. Have to say I was disgusted to eat over there.From now I am even doubting on visiting this outlet, I would rather travel 2Km to a different outlet than eating in this...

Worst branch ever and more worst is the manager Manju. Firstly they delivered my pizza after more than an hour and the pizza was all cut from edges and after given the feedback and called to report this problem to the branch manager Manju, but he asks me to take his number and contact him when placing next order and he literally doesn't know how to speak to customer and so arrogant instead of helping me he tells to call the customer care and solve the problem... Such a unethical person... The Dominos is loosing its name because of such managers who don't know how to value...
