Read moreI had ordered pizza for my kids through swiggy order nno 375...i had placed the order around 9.21and right now it's 11.36 still no pizza..guess we will all be starving especially the kids whom I promised will have a pizza soon Highly.disappointed i am feeling inspite of calling several times i was being lied to ....please guys don't even think.bout ordering from there liars.i am sure you have other pizza outekts who will give you better deals. Happy starving for me and my kids. I must have done a mill Ion calls to them and swiggy but absloutely disheartening to see such unprofessional behaviour from both parties I get an apology around midnight when it's way past bed time....will an apology help my sttarving tummy i dont think so.
It's really sad i am not asking for a free pizza i have paid these guys money for the same . Atleast keep your customers informed way before hand that you won't be able to deliver than to keep them waiting. Be honest and upfront it's a suggestion Well this is going to be my very last one in Domino's Good riddens
To make matters worse after all this. I get am Getting a message that Humayun is on his way to deliver after a while his tracking shows the pizza is delivered to whom i have no clue . God save us...
Read moreA month back in March I went to the store for take away ...so there they mentioned that dine in or take away order will be ready in 15 mins or free after exactly 13 to 14 mins I received a msg on my registered mobile number stating my order is ready and I can collect it but when I visited the counter they said it will take time and its not yet done....they took 45 mins to give the order to me after and the staff was rude as well ..then on 4th April again I placed a order which was delivered after n hour and they said refund will be intiated ...later when I called them to ask for refund they said we can't provide refund instead order again and u need not pay for the particular amount I ordered a Creamy Tomato pasta which I love from Domino's I eat it very often but this time it was like they just gave me something which is left over the pasta was completely dry and had no sauce in it it was bland I ain't ordering from this...
