To be Frank very much scam in this . First they did take phone number for ordering. I order regular onion pizza and regular veg cheese burst .. Bill was 600 when I check same online it's around 350 very much scam .. when I ask bill to phone they told u will get in some time.. When I ask about 100 points since my order is above 400 they told i will get in some time till now no such message. Without taking phone number how can I get . Staff is very rude making people fool it's a big scam ... When is sk for bill they told i I'll get bill to message Be careful it's a big scam . Dominos team should look into it

I have attached image which I billed for 600 and image 100 points not credited in my domain account . After 23 november no points are added such a scam

We order for margarita cheese pizza and they gave us cheese burst pizza which is totally different in taste n the type of cheese they use and the pizza dough was not baked it was raw they didn't even slice the pizza it was cold. Staff was very careless and they didn't respond properly when questioned. Store manager kindly luk into the issue and ask ur staff to treat costumer properly and mainly to sever the ORDER CORRECTLY. If they aren't aware of recipe or type of cheese kindly hire someone who knows better. We don't pay money to have something raw uncooked & incorrect thing.......... We pay money we aren't getting it for free...

I had one of the warmest experiences at Domino’s in Lulu Mall today. The person at the counter is such a genuine, down-to-earth soul. He not only remembered my last order from a long time back, but when I casually asked about cappuccino (which Domino’s doesn’t serve), he went the extra mile — he asked his coworker to get it from Burger King next door and served it to our table.

In a place where it’s normally self-service, this gesture really touched me. Such kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly special. This is the kind of service that stays in your heart and makes you want to come back again...
