This outlet always disappointed me. I don’t know if it happens with my orders only or they always have issues with the outlet. My first visit was when I came during my lunch time from office and waited for 25 minutes after ordering to be made aware that they dont have power and generator has run out of fuel and employees have gone to get diesel. I has to waste my time and take a refund to go back to office without having time to eat somewhere else.
The second visit was around a month after and I went there on an afternoon and they told me that there oven has overheated so it would take 3-4 hours to process further orders and I could see them dispensing orders till that time.
A month back on a rainy day when Domino’s near me wasn’t delivering this felt like a good place to go. So I ordered a takeaway and thought to leave my place after 15 minutes as it takes only 5 minutes from bike to reach there. I wore the rain hear and helmet and before leaving home I saw that the order is ready to be picked up. I was happy that I won’t have to wait and when I reached there I told them my order number and they told me to wait for 2 minutes. I did and after 5 minutes I went there to check and they told that my order is being prepared now. WHY THE HELL would you update it as prepared then? You showed to your centre that you are very effective in service but the customer has to face the issue. I called up the manager to answer for the delay and he very casually told me, “Sir it is being prepared now. If you don’t want it I can issue a refund.” I told I am not mad to come all the way here in such weather for refund but for pizza. Why would you do something like this. He didn’t even have courtesy to apologise and told me to complain to their headquarters.
And even headquarters would never reach out to you. All managers would tell you to mail and you get that we will reach out to you in 24 hours and noone reached out in even 24days. And then you also leave it behind but everytime same thing happens. So it was hard to leave it behind this time.

Raising concern manager Mr. Ram promised me to add amt to wallet and closed without processing it. Raised concern again got on call they promised free pizza for the same value and closed. Reached out to them on the day of requirement, they asked me to place cod and share order I’d. Unfortunately customers we don’t get option to select outlet for delivery. It went to a diff outlet and the Harlur branch manager said it’s okay mam we’ll coordinate and they’ll deliver. U don’t have to pay for it. Order was delivered by HSR outlet and collected amount as Harlur branch denied answering any calls. I tried 35times and HSR branch also tried reaching them multiple times. Raising concern again Mr. Ram called me and promised the same and I have the call recorded and he has sent me WhatsApp confirmation for the amount as well. Today I placed an order to him and not on app. He again tells me to order COD we’ll talk to the respective branch, I denied doing it then he said it’s okay mam I’ll deliver or talk to them and ask them to deliver don’t place order on app. Now AGAIN they don’t answer calls.
Dear customers tell me what I should do in this case? Show up to outlet? Or file Customer complaint online ? Or wait for DOMINOS internal team...
Read moreToday, 10th Feb 23, i visited this Restaurant around 3.29PM for the first time with my family. I had an horrible experience with one of the woman staff at the billing. When we asked politely about the menus, she was taking her frustration on us by making small face and not willing to tell anything about menus. With family alongside, trying not to be rude, i politely asked someone's help. Someone came and helped in explaining. She also helped in unlocking the screen for this particular woman staff. At the time of billing, she was again showing her frustration on the billing screen/monitor by hitting the screen almost with breaking force. Again, another staff came and navigate to the billing. I requested additional order, unfortunately, the same woman staff. On the pretext of tedious billing process, she made me to wait almost 15 mins, just for the billing. Realizing that she is doing it intentionally, i asked for another staff help. Another staff processed the billing in 2 mins. By the time i brought the food, all my family members face was dull due to this incident and there was no joy left for eating this. They refused to eat. I ate all myself unwillingly. I felt i should never visit this restaurant again, for that matter, i would be thinking 10 times to visit any Dominos...
