I have visited the place multiple times and always ended up disappointed. Either they are understaffed or they are not able to keep up with the amount of online orders they receive. This place could very well be a cloud kitchen instead. If you are going to take kids with you then better be prepared to wait at least half an hour, as it will take a long time for them to catch-up with their online orders before they can get to yours. They forget your existence in the shop and you have to go and ask them for status, as the status shown in the app is incorrect. They mark the order as ready even before they start preparing your item may be to avoid any consequences from Domino's management side. This is bad from the store management to put pressure on its employees in a way they resort to lying, and I as a customer do not get any useful info regarding the status of my order. The food however was quite good but wasn't really enjoyable due to the delay and total lack of attention to the customers. We wanted to enjoy it fresh but the delay was so much that I had to take a part of my order as takeaway instead. Defeats the whole purpose of coming to the store physically.

Advice to management: Stop receiving online orders beyond a point so that you can handle customers that come to the store. I was one of the two customers in the store yet I waited more than 40 mins for one regular pizza. If you are having a lot of orders piling up, intimate the customers beforehand that service is unavailable. Staff are busy with their unfulfilled orders and walk-in customers feel like a burden and no one even looks at your face (an unserviceable board on the door entrance could give us a heads up to...

This is the worst Domino's pizza store.. They delivered the wrong order twice. The first time, I ordered a Tandoori chicken feast, and they sent something else. The second time, I ordered a spicy roasted chicken wings, and then they sent me chicken leg pieces, which I couldn't even find on the Domino's Menu.. I paid for both of the orders, and I didn't even get my refund back even though the store delivery manager confirmed to refund

I have raised multiple complaints, but no one's responding..

It seems like people working over there are not getting paid enough, or their appraisal rating is bad, or else they are working drunk..

Anyways, whatever the reason is, at least give my money back.. The amount of money I spent here ...I could get a good dinner in some other restaurant..

Ok, Domino's thanks for responding and as mentioned I already sent the details on the given address but you must look into this matter seriously..I can see I am not the only one making such complaints and even before me such complaints registered but if you would have acted upon such complaints and tried to resolve it seriously then I would not even be here making another complaint... Hence, please, this time you have to ACT, not just talks!! This should be your highest priority, and still, in the auto response, you said to contact within 48 hours?! I mean, seriously? No wonder your service staff is still...

Worst experience, staffs are not professional itself. When i came to the outlet , i was going to order directly, through which the shift supervisor,One specs guy ,came across to me and told me that we will take order through online only itseems , direct order is not there ,really? After seeing my expression, they called me back and took the order directly itself?

The one i spoke with is Gnana Prakash hope so as in the KOT it is mentioned .

When i asked for the bill they provided me with the kot .

Really guys? Online system is not working. The scanner is not working. Better u go to local shops , you will get quality food with respect!

He charged me 285 instead of 282. And when i asked the bill only he returned me that 2 rupees ,that also unrespectfully!

Its not about the money or 2rupees ,its about the honesty!!!

I paid via card where u can see i paid 285 also .

One more thing Not even a single person is there to assist the customers who are dining there . All the staffs are busy in taking online orders!

Literally not even assisting,We have to call or say excuse me around like 2-3times.

This is not what i expected from dominos.
