I have visited the place multiple times and always ended up disappointed. Either they are understaffed or they are not able to keep up with the amount of online orders they receive. This place could very well be a cloud kitchen instead. If you are going to take kids with you then better be prepared to wait at least half an hour, as it will take a long time for them to catch-up with their online orders before they can get to yours. They forget your existence in the shop and you have to go and ask them for status, as the status shown in the app is incorrect. They mark the order as ready even before they start preparing your item may be to avoid any consequences from Domino's management side. This is bad from the store management to put pressure on its employees in a way they resort to lying, and I as a customer do not get any useful info regarding the status of my order. The food however was quite good but wasn't really enjoyable due to the delay and total lack of attention to the customers. We wanted to enjoy it fresh but the delay was so much that I had to take a part of my order as takeaway instead. Defeats the whole purpose of coming to the store physically.
Advice to management: Stop receiving online orders beyond a point so that you can handle customers that come to the store. I was one of the two customers in the store yet I waited more than 40 mins for one regular pizza. If you are having a lot of orders piling up, intimate the customers beforehand that service is unavailable. It seems like people working over there are not getting paid enough, or their appraisal rating is bad, or else they are working drunk..

He charged me 285 instead of 282. And when i asked the bill only he returned me that 2 rupees ,that also unrespectfully!
