Extremely Disappointed with Service & Staff Behavior at Domino’s Gottigere Outlet
I had a very disappointing experience with the Domino’s outlet in Gottigere, both through the app and during a store visit. Recently, I placed an online order through the Domino’s app from the Gottigere outlet. The app showed a 40-minute delivery time, which I understood was due to the rainy weather usually it shows 20 minutes. I was okay with waiting 40 minutes.
However, I ended up waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes, and when I called the outlet to check on the order, they casually told me it would take another 20 minutes! That means I would have waited 1.5 hours for a pizza, which is completely unacceptable. If the app had shown a realistic delivery time, I wouldn’t have ordered. Other platforms like Swiggy or Zomato manage deliveries within 30–40 minutes even during rain.
This kind of false promise and delay reflects either negligence from the Gottigere outlet or a serious issue with how updates are handled in the app.
On top of this, I had a poor in-store experience at the same outlet earlier. There’s a sign at the counter saying “If we don’t give you a bill, the treat is on us.” After placing my order, they did not provide a bill until I asked for it after the food was prepared. If you’re not going to follow your own policies, why display them?
Additionally, the lady at the counter was rude and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. She didn’t know how to talk respectfully, both during my phone call about the online order and during the in-person visit. I believe it was the same person both times, and her attitude was totally unprofessional.
This kind of behavior and service is not acceptable, especially from a reputed brand like Domino’s.
I’m rating this outlet zero stars

I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply disappointing experience I had today at the Domino’s Pizza outlet in Kalena Agrahara, JP Nagar.
Your employee, Lakshmi DD, insisted that I make a payment to her personal digital payment ID instead of the official system.
Furthermore, the only item available was the Cheese Volcano Pizza, and we were not allowed to order anything else from the menu. This is particularly frustrating given your promotion of the INR 99 lunch feast, which was not honored between 11 AM and 3 PM as advertised.
To add to the frustration, we were not provided with a bill for our purchase. This incident left me and my children feeling very upset.
If this is the level of customer service we can expect from Domino’s, particularly from Lakshmi DD and the Kalena Agrahara outlet, we will not be patronizing your establishment...

Same pizza, same breads, same sides, same beverages (more on this on the next para) as all other franchises so nothing extraordinary. You can dine in, if you bring in a family of 3 or max 4, nothing more. Takeaway and delivery also facilitated here. I stay within a km or 2 from here so delivery happens within 30 mins almost every time.
My biggest complaint is beverages. Whenever I order a beverage it says that it is available, but when they deliver my order they say that the beverage is not available and you will be refunded the amount, but the refund never happens. This happened all the 3 times we tried ordering beverages. Once they even tried replacing it with something else. But I want what I order, not a replacement.
