I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your establishment on 13th March.

As a regular customer who has enjoyed your chicken overloaded dish in the past, I was excited to return for another satisfying meal. However, I was dismayed to discover several discrepancies during my most recent visit.

Firstly, I was taken aback by the significant increase in price for the chicken overloaded dish. Previously priced at Rs. 150, I was surprised to find that it now costs Rs. 190. Despite the higher price point, I expected to receive a similar or even improved quantity and quality of food. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

Upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the quantity of chicken provided was noticeably less than what I had previously received for the same dish. Additionally, the food was served cold, indicating that it had not been properly heated in the oven. As a result, the overall experience fell far short of my expectations.

I value the consistency and quality of the dining experience at Downtown Restaurant, which is why I felt compelled to bring these issues to your attention. As a loyal customer, I believe it is important to communicate when expectations are not met in the hopes of facilitating improvements.

I kindly request that you review the pricing and portion sizes of your dishes to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers. Additionally, I urge you to prioritize the proper heating and presentation of food to maintain the high standards that I have come to expect from your establishment.

Review 2024 Seating arrangement is terrible! Please add large tables for customers to eat without bending their backs! Ordered loaded fries which was spot on. But the burger and fried chicken were extremely dry and hard! Not at all worth it! Definitely wouldn't recommend these 2 items. Request to add Brownie Sizzler back to the menu.

Review in 2021 My experience at downtown last week was atrocious! I went there just to try the famous death by chocolate sizzler to find out that its not available now! The ice creams now are of bizarre quality. Extremely sweet. The dry fruit sundae i ordered was only filled with raisins! It should be called raisin sundae -.- Gadbud ice cream was filled only with papaya and pineapple. The strawberry icecream was too sweet.
