Rahhams has gone down, I don't if it is recently or it's been like this. The dining experience was just terrible.

I brought my family to the restaurant since we hadn't been to the frazier town of Rahhams branch for years now and we were really hungry. There was a proper AC on the side of the restaurant, it was fine at first but it became a little suffocation for us.

Service: 1) The table next to us was empty but still there was a lot of eaten food and plates and was left like that before we seated ourselves and it was still there when we left. I put in the photo section as the first image!

2. The servers were okay and the management head person was the worst. We ordered hot water, since we did not bottle water. The first time, they just got 1 glass of water which was okay, by mistake, but come one, we asked for 4 to 5 times to bring hot water for all of us. The management head said it would come, he came with one glass of hot water and slammed on the table .

3. When asked about the AC, he said there is AC on our side, he just turned the cooler machine, litte to our side and a few minutes later he turned it away. We are just paying customers but this was the worst, and not even worth the price for the food and the service.

Food: We ordered Kalmi Kabab which was great, the other good was barely okay, same goes for the lime soda we ordered.

I am just disappointed and...

Worst experience at Rahhams yesterday. Though am Muslim by birth from Kerala, they staffs are only interested serving and respecting only muslim based Bangalorean or urdhu speakers.

As am foodie exploring foods from different parts of Bangalore has never experienced such bad attitude management. Paying expensive bills for food with no respect and manners towards customers are such a disaster.

I would never suggest my dears and knows to this hotels as they are ridiculous management interested only for particular religious and language based customer.

I wish these typed hotels shouldn't exist in India as we live pride in diverse country.

Such a pathetic hotel I have ever visited in my life. After ordering 7 Biriyani they never turned to give us gravy that usually served with but to request them for 3 times to obtain the same. I got mad while serving sweet after the food as they were busy serving their own people and I had to ask for it to get sweets. Further they have billed for my watermelon juice unserved and I pissed off and had to leave the hotel with few words exchanges.

I congratulate the management for the same service ahead for all goats who visits...

Had a very bad experience with staff and mainly a manager who has behaved very rude and the food which we ordered was mutton biryani and the mutton was not cooked properly and when we told to them they changed but for the second time also we had the same thing so we asked to manager to see and touch this but his behaviour was very disappointed, before going to that restaurant we have planned soo many things but he said we came to eat free food , how rubbish ,as I said I am a vlogger he said that thing , can anyone please let me know are we beggers?
