I always go to Empire expecting it to be open till well beyond midnight, till at least 2am. When we went at around 1am on Monday, the restaurant was already shut. They were mopping the whole restaurant and there was dirty water flowing outside the restaurant. It was an unpleasant sight, to say the least. We signalled to the cashier/waiter at the entrance, asking if the place was still open for takeaway, because that's what it said on Zomato. He saw us calling out to him, multiple times and he didn't even have the common courtesy to respond. The security guard at the entrance was kind enough to talk to us. He asked the manager if we could order any fresh juices or desserts. The manager curtly said that the restaurant has shut for the day. Then finally, after a small discussion, they said that pulpy grape juice was available. We got our pulpy grape juice in the signature Empire bottles. I took 2 sips and I hated the flavour. That's my personal opinion. Anyway, the next day, I had a severe bout of food poisoning which I still haven't recovered from. God knows what kind of old stock leftover grape juice they gave us. Instead of this, it's better to just say that nothing is available. What a bitter disappointment! I expect better from a reputed franchise like Empire. Time to switch to Imperial. My second underwhelming/bad experience with Empire in just a few weeks. First up was the Garvy Chicken. This dish was a real treat! The chicken was cooked just right, juicy and tender, and the gravy had this rich, aromatic flavor that wasn’t too overpowering. It had a perfect balance of spices that hit all the right notes without being too heavy. Paired with the chicken, the gravy was comforting and satisfying.
Next, the Ghee Rice. It was soft, fragrant, and had that luxurious taste that only ghee can provide. You could tell the rice was cooked with care, and it paired beautifully with the Garvy Chicken. Together, they made an incredible combination.
Then there were the Kababs. These were definitely the star of the show for me. Grilled to perfection, they were juicy and full of smoky flavor, with just a slight crisp on the outside. Every bite was packed with flavor, and you could taste the time and effort that went into marinating them.
Finally, I had a refreshing Lemon Soda to wash it all down. It was exactly what I needed after such a rich meal. The citrusy zing was the perfect balance to cut through the heavier flavors, and it was super refreshing.

I dined at your establishment and unfortunately encountered several issues that detracted from my overall experience.
Firstly, despite ordering rice and kebab, I only received the rice, and the kebab was missing from my order. Additionally, there was a significant delay in the delivery of my food, with the rice being served promptly but the kebab arriving much later. I waited for approximately 10 minutes before anyone came to take my order, and the food was served after about 20 minutes, which was longer than expected.
As a customer, I value prompt and efficient service, and I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and the delays in fulfilling my order. I believe that such lapses in service detract from the overall dining experience and do not reflect well on your establishment.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve the quality of service at your restaurant. Suggestions for improvement include better coordination among staff members to ensure timely delivery of orders and improved communication with customers regarding any delays or discrepancies in their orders.
