I called up the store owner ( Miss Yashoda ) a day before, so that I can get a flower early morning next day ( by 9:00AM). Owner mentioned that my choice of flower bouquet is available and I can get it tomorrow morning. Owner confirmed that their staff is available by 7:30AM.

Since the owner confirmed, and I had time constraints, I mentioned that I’ll reach the shop in the morning and get the bouquet. Believing her word, I went to the shop at around 8:45AM. Drove 4kms opposite direction from my home. I called up the owner, as it had a “ CLOSED “ sign board. Owner then mentioned that they will check with the staff and get back to me in 2 minutes.

More than 5mins passed, and I didn’t receive any response. After contacting again, they mentioned that the staff is coming. I waited for more than 15mins, and no staff arrived. I left the place as I was getting late for my destination.

All the good reviews seem bogus to me now. At the end of the day, this ruined the special occasion and I had to reach my destination empty handed, without any flowers.

I might just be another customer to the owner, and my review won’t make any difference. But this is highly unprofessional and I had to bear the consequences. My special day was ruined.

If the owner would have told me the day before that they’ll not provide the service, I would have shortlisted...

The worst shop I have ever seen in my life. Specially the manager lady. A short story - I am a porter delivery boy. The madam asked me to deliver 2 cakes at the same time to different locations. Which is very difficult to do on a bike carrying two cakes. Still I rode the bike very slowly and delivered the cake well to both the places. Then when I called the madam for the delivery charge of 94 rupees. She told me to send the Qr on WhatsApp. I did exactly that but even after 10 to 40 minutes she did not pay only 94 Rs, in the meantime I called her many times but she disconnected my call. Then I was forced to ride my bike 5 km again and came back to that shop and asked the madam why she did this. She replied with a very attitude that she was busy. She reacted as like I had come to beg. Then after 5 minutes in that shop too when she was busy, I left the shop without taking any payment and left upset. I don't know after if she paid the porter online or not. But the question here is - where is the value of time for a poor man, where is the humanity? There was none in...
