My experience at Ginza was absolutely infuriating, and I feel compelled to vent my frustration through this review, so others can steer clear of this place.
I decided to celebrate my birthday at Ginza with my friends, having made reservations through Zomato to avail a promising 50% discount. After reaching the spot we experienced a series of issues.
The receptionist insisted on settling the bill by 6 pm, despite the billing time extending until 8 pm. After a heated argument, I managed to secure an agreement to pay the bill by 8 pm, as initially intended.
To add to the annoyance, our seating area was poorly lit, with dysfunctional lights that rendered us reliant on flashlights just to read the menu. Despite pointing this out, no corrective action was taken.
Out of nowhere, we were slapped with cover charges for food, a detail conveniently omitted on Zomato. This underhanded move prevented us from applying the 50% discount to the cover charges. Reluctantly, I agreed to avoid further embarrassment due to time constraints.
The culinary experience was an absolute disaster, with menu items not aligning with the actual dishes served. For instance, the Peri Peri Paneer Tikka with pineapple lacked any trace of pineapple, and the waiter seemed equally clueless about the menu items.
The manager's unprofessional conduct reached a boiling point when we were incessantly interrupted during our meal and urged to move to the first floor. Such disrespectful behavior during a celebration prompted us to cut short our time there and request the bill.
Adding salt to the wound, we were compelled to pay a 10% service charge. Given the overall enraging experience, I contested this charge, but we were told there was no choice. Hence, we were FORCED to pay the service charge. The exorbitant prices further fueled our anger.
Choosing Ginza for my birthday celebration was an utterly regrettable decision, resulting in not only a financial loss but also an infuriating waste of precious time with my friends on this...
Read moreI’m writing this review to bring attention to a deeply disturbing and traumatic incident that happened recently at this club.
My friends were initially allowed entry by the bouncers. However, as soon as they stepped in, they were aggressively pulled back for no apparent reason. When we tried to clarify that the same bouncers had just let them in, the situation quickly escalated into a heated argument. Shockingly, one of the bouncers punched my friend without any provocation.
As if that wasn’t enough, things got even worse. Another bouncer physically pushed two girls, including one’s sister, and then punched another male friend without any explanation. The entire episode spiraled into chaos, and the police had to be involved.
This was not just an issue of mismanagement or confusion—it was a blatant abuse of power and force by the staff. It’s hard to process why such violence occurred, especially when no one had done anything wrong.
More importantly, it raises serious concerns about women’s safety in nightlife spaces like this. No person—man or woman—deserves to be treated with such aggression. What was supposed to be a normal night out turned into a terrifying ordeal that could have left lasting trauma.
I strongly urge anyone—especially women—to think twice before visiting this club. A place that cannot ensure the safety and dignity of its guests does not...
Read moreRestaurant: Yesterday noon, I visited this restaurant along with my friends, but I regretted later considering it as a worst experience. I tried to order Bharwa Paneer, Hazelnut Coffee, Brownie with ice cream. But whatever I am trying to order, they are saying that its not available by saying that these will be available after 6PM. Frankly to speak, no negative star marking is there. Otherwise I would have given, negative rating only.
Staff and Bill: Staff is rude as well becuase, before going to restaurant I have made a booking through Zomato where they mentioned that 25% is off, but when they provided the bill, they asked us, that we are not allowed to pay the bill through Zomato pay, because they are showing that offer just to attract customers, they dint want to give it to customers. When we asked to remove service charge, which is around 500 Rs, they said that the QR scanner menu cost is low, thats why they are not going to remove it. I ordered mocktails which costs Rs 300 per one glass, still they are saying that the price is less, theya re saying that alacarte cost is more than that.
Food: Food is also not upto the mark, and charges are also high.
Wont...
