Visited this place for a normal Saturday evening dinner and the place was packed to the rafters with a long queue of people waiting as well. We had to wait for a good 15-20 mins before getting a table. There is no waiting area as such so you just have to keep standing near the entrance.

The restaurant is spread over 2 floors with ample space and has a good seating capacity. Very much required for a popular restaurant like truffles.

We ordered a prawn & slaw burger, a chicken stroganoff and a crisp cross chicken sandwich. The sandwich was the first to arrive and was served along with chips. The sandwich was about average to be honest. Didn't have any cheese or mayonnaise filling and tasted average. The stroganoff was perfect and had the right creamy texture. It was served along with veggies and herb rice. The burger tasted fantastic and was of a good size as well. It had fried crisp prawns along with mayonnaise and veggies as the filling between the buns. Tasted fantastic with ketchup and mustard sauce. We also ordered a Brownie point cold coffee which has bits of brownie, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream all put together in a large glass of cold coffee. Perfect dish to end our meal.

I've visited the New-BEL Road outlet of truffles multiple times and this was my first visit to a different outlet of truffles. Must say that the uniformity maintained in the taste, presentation, quantity etc. of dishes is astonishing and mind-blowing. Kudos to the Truffles management for that.

Service was quick initially but we had to wait a couple of times for a few of the dishes. I find Truffles real value for money and you get what you pay for.
