Why all members are complaining about Expiry dates, which the shop is already mentioned upon their products.
I just love Goldline Breadz.
They provided excellent service and a wide selection of goods. You're in for a treat if you're in Bangalore and in the mood for some delectable bread! For those who enjoy baking, Bangalore has a wide variety of possibilities, ranging from artisanal treats to classic loaves. Bangalore has everything you could ever want, from flaky pastries to hearty sandwich bread. Listen up, Goldline Breadz! I had the WORST experience today, and I want everyone to know about it.
First, I ordered your peri peri chicken sandwich and veg puffs, which were actually pretty good. So good, I decided to bring my parents in to share the deliciousness. Big mistake!
The cashier completely ignored us, chatting away with friends and glued to their phone while a LONG line built up. We waited over 20 minutes for this jerk to even acknowledge us! Finally, when it was our turn, guess what? The second order of veg puffs was BURNT TO A CRISP (or rather, a mushy mess). My mom's tongue is still on fire, thanks to your lovely "as per SOP, we're not responsible" attitude.
Seriously, who heats up puffs until they're inedible and then blames the customer? Do you have any idea how much we pay for your food? We expect decent service and edible meals, not excuses and burnt offerings!
This is NOT the kind of customer experience you should be offering. You may have good bakery items, but if you treat customers like garbage, you'll be out of business faster than a day-old croissant. Fix up your act, Goldline Breadz, or you'll lose more than just this one review. Remember, happy customers keep your business alive!
P.S. I hope the owner reads this and takes it seriously. This is NOT the way to...

I visited Goldline Breadz recently to buy bread, but it was a highly disappointing experience. None of the bread items had production or expiry dates, which is alarming. When I asked the junior staff (Mary) about this, she had no answers. I then approached the in-charge lady, who casually claimed the labels were âmissedâ on over 15 different varieties of bread.
The store in-charge (Sarvana) was completely unhelpful and appeared overburdened. Instead of addressing the issue, he gave confusing and nonsensical responses. When I raised concerns about old bread causing stomach problems, he became defensive and angry.
Shockingly, the manager suggested labeling the bread with a fresh expiry date to "fix" the issue, essentially resetting the expiry on possibly old stock. This practice is not only unethical but also a major health risk for customers.
After purchasing the bread, the quality turned out to be extremely poor, confirming my doubts about its freshness. The lack of accountability and transparency at this store is unacceptable.
I strongly do NOT recommend Goldline Breadz. Their careless handling of food safety and poor product quality make it clear that customer health is not...
