Gullu's Chaats — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Extremely bad service, I was waiting there for almost 15minutes, nobody bothered to take the order and when I tried to give order to one of them, he ignored and left even though it wasn't crowded and after 15 minutes of waiting I went to the counter and one guy finally took the order and I waited there to receive it and once I received my order I decided to go back and sit inside to eat but one of the guy who earlier ignored my order stopped me and told me, if you want to sit inside you'll have to order inside. I got furious , first of all there's nobody to take the order and when I tried to give my order he ignored it so I had to walk up to the counter to place my order and when I finally did they wouldn't let me to sit inside because I didn't order inside. So I had to stand outside and eat in the end. I was extremely annoyed, the service is very bad, food is average and the ambience ain't any good either. I have decided to never go back after this incident and I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Even if the food is not great, the least they can do is treat the customer...

Such a bad decision it was to visit , the place has lost all the charm. The staff was so involved in their own conversation, I now know half the things happening in their life. Nope, I wasn't eves dropping, just sincerely waiting for my order when literally I was the only one customer, they decided to delay my order and continue the gossip. Masala Puri was still upto mark, floating panipuri was a disaster. It had more peanuts than actual Puris, for once I questioned myself if I ordered Congress panipuri or something. Dahi Puri though got soggy by the time it reached me. Simply because, the staff first put dahi in it and continued their casual talks, took him a while to realize he is supposed to put some masala in it too. The inability of the management to retain the staff is a big disadvantage...

PROS 1)Great place to enjoy the unusual /Common chat.

2)Has a nominal price tags attached to them which allows a group of people to try even all varieties they have in place without making a hole in your pocket.

3)A happening place for the youth and also have a charming service and ambience for the families. So both of the world can visit this place.

4. the menu items to get a heads up before you plan to visits are - Pizza PaniPuri Paneer Tikka Pizza (The best in whole menu) Good choice for Jain community hence an obvious choice for rest of veggies.

CONS

1. Place is limited so gets bit crowded in the evening. But its worth waiting :) Rest all are in favour of this place. A SHOULD VISIT when planning to visit...
