Spacious Rooms: A hotel in Mumbai or Pune would fit three rooms in the area of this single room. The door opens into a sitting area with sofa and coffee table, followed by bathroom & dressing area followed by the bed & work desk area. If you order food or call someone over you have a sofa to sit on instead of using the bed for everything. ||||Comfort: They have a centralized AC system which chills the room quite well. You'd mostly turn it off at night.The bed and pillows were comfortable and did not smell or look unclean. The rooms are well lit with natural light from windows but you can also pull curtains to make the room as dark as night. |||| Decor: Budget hotels in Bangalore tend to have a garish decor with bright colors. This one uses a subtler pallet which I liked. ||||* Food: Just ignore any bad food review. The hotel was super relaxed about outside food, I could order food from Zomato and have it delivered to my room. They even provided cutlery to have outside food! (Don't abuse this facility). Morning breakfast provided by Hotel is okay, you can compare it to office cafeteria food. I was okay with it. I did not order lunch or dinner from the hotel's Kitchen.||||* Hot water in taps available in morning at least don't know about other times. The hotel uses water pressurization system so you get a good flow of water from the water hoses and showers. Hey there Sharing my experience with the worst hotel in town 1st of all let's get something clear What does PRE BOOKING means

Put simply, pre booking refers to the process of paying for your hotel accommodation up front. This is often done as a way to secure your reservation, and ensure that a customer is serious about renting a room. And the price of that room even if it's dynamic DOESN'T change for him

But the management here doesn't recognise this concept I booked the hotel 4 days before time (in 1200 inr) But when I went to the hotel the manager there said that I will have to pay the then room fare(2600 inr) because I booked the hotel cheaper and he won't give me the room until I pay the foresaid REMAINING AMOUNT

He talked very rudely and even told us to do whatever we can because he won't give us the room Until we pay the then rent

The incident happened on 28th of September 2022

So I won't recommend booking rooms here But even if you do Kindly look for another room priorly 😂

Good place in good Price

Positives: Great Location. Mantri mall 4mins walk. The place is clean and tidy. Friendly staff. They understand and speak Hindi and English. Room are spacious. Majority of equipment available Rooms are centralized. Good place in this price. Breakfast available in room price. Cab service for airport drop is available, but not for pickup.

Negatives: place doesn't have parking area. Front desk staff work with snail speed. The keycard was not activated efficiently hence a twice trip downstairs to receptionist has to be made. Window view is not good as you see another building in front of you due to which you often can't open your curtains. Very dull lightings in the room. Person like me who likes bright lighting will get irritated. No dressing table and therefore you need to satisfy onself by seeing yourself in bathroom mirrors. No information provided on breakfast timings. Food not so good according to what is charged.
