I’ve had similar issues before, that I will mention at the end, but this time they crossed the limit.
I ordered chicken biryani, and they served a cold one. The chicken wasn’t even from the biryani; it was taken from a curry (they claimed it was dum chicken).
After I complained, they reheated the biryani, but the large chicken piece was broken, and I was given leftover pieces. They said it could break and offered another piece of chicken.

Rs. 50 to 150 is lunch plate, veg sabji. 70 to 120 and non veg 95 to 130..Biriyani is also good...3 pcs of chicken and a egg good. .test is just below than Hyderabadi Biriyani at opp. of kemport mall, where price is also 230.. so it's nice. But, yes if you are also looking for high fy standard of amenities, then you should opt another one..like Budget Food, Hyderabadi Biriyani...just close to there..for that you also have to pay at least 20 to 70 % extra. I am giving 5*, just because of its test of north Indian food and service inspite of average amenities. Else it's very difficult to get north Indian test...
