I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be highlighted for the management and future customers.

I placed an order through Zomato, and shortly after, I received a call from someone who introduced himself as the manager. He informed me that the items I had ordered were not available. When I mentioned that my previous order had also been disappointing because the rice was overcooked, his response was unexpectedly rude. Instead of acknowledging the feedback, he got audibly angry and even made remarks about the review I had left on Zomato earlier.

What concerned me most was his statement that he would send me “someone else’s order” instead. Unfortunately, the food I eventually received was not what I had ordered, and the overall quality was poor. This spoiled my appetite and left me feeling very dissatisfied.

Customer feedback is meant to help improve service and quality, not to invite hostility or arguments. As a paying customer, I expect not just decent food but also respectful service. I hope the restaurant management takes this seriously, trains their staff better, and ensures such incidents do not repeat for...

I ordered mutton biriyani and I should accept the fact that its very tasty. The only problem I found was as that, I couldn’t even feel that there was mutton in the same. I even asked to the supplier regarding the same later, and he said politely that there will be only two pieces. Thats true, there was two pieces which were even lesser size of my thumb finger, and u know as always we should expect some bone in mutton.
