I recently visited Polar Bear Ice Cream in Rajajinagar, and it was a delightful experience overall. As a big fan of ice cream, I was excited to explore the variety of options they offer, and I wasn’t disappointed. The flavors are rich, and the quality of the ice cream is excellent. Whether you’re into classic flavors or something more adventurous, they seem to have something for everyone.

The service stood out as one of the highlights of my visit. The staff was courteous, attentive, and efficient, ensuring that we had a smooth experience. They patiently answered our queries and helped us choose from the menu, which was appreciated.

When it comes to cost, I found it to be reasonably priced for the quality and quantity they serve. While it may not be the cheapest place around, the taste and experience justify the price. It’s a good spot for an occasional treat or to satisfy your dessert cravings.

However, one area that could use improvement is the dining arrangement. The seating area felt a bit limited, and during peak hours, it might get crowded. If you’re planning to visit, especially in a group, this is something to keep in mind.

Overall, I had a good time at Polar Bear Ice Cream in Rajajinagar. The combination of tasty desserts, decent pricing, and excellent service makes it a place worth visiting. A bit more space for dining would have made it even better, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet escape in...

Indulging in Polar Bear's Death By Chocolate is a journey through layers of sheer decadence. The base is a moist and rich chocolate cake that sets the stage for the symphony of flavors to come. Each bite is an explosion of chocolatey goodness, with velvety chocolate ganache enveloping the cake, providing a luscious and smooth texture.

The toppings elevate the experience to new heights. Crunchy chocolate chips and finely chopped nuts add a delightful contrast, creating a symphony of textures that dance on the palate. The whipped cream crowning this masterpiece provides a light and airy touch, balancing the intensity of the chocolate.

What truly sets this dessert apart is its careful balance—sweet but not cloying, rich but not overwhelming. The Death By Chocolate is a testament to Polar Bear's mastery of dessert craftsmanship.

While the experience is undeniably heavenly, a 4/5 rating reflects a slight room for improvement. Perhaps a more pronounced depth of cocoa in the cake or a hint of another flavor to complement the chocolate could elevate this dessert even further.

In conclusion, Polar Bear's Death By Chocolate is a celebration of chocolate in its purest form, a dessert that beckons those with a sweet tooth to surrender to its irresistible allure. A solid 4/5 for an experience that is undeniably divine yet leaves room for a touch...

The incident already rises by my spouse. Just to add to what she has written already, first order was delayed for more than 20 minutes, and second none of the staff knows why it was delivery, third they were preparing random order which were placed much later than us, forth when we question staff Karan, then answer was this is how it is and it is what it is and we have to wait until then serve, and fifth when we question is the order is getting prepared, the response was yes they are preparing but when we question what’s the order name Karan quoted random order which we have not placed. He is not fit to be in front desk go greet customer and it appears the owner or franchise had chosen wrong person do this Job. When we asked for refund without hesitation Karan returned money and there was no efforts made to convince customer saying we will prepare or it’s on way. In summary of you guys not here for business, please shut your store and go. And if you jere business, learn how to speak to customer first and then do business. Top of all that, the refund money returned was less by 10 rupees and when we questioned, so called Karan have no idea on how to compute the refund. Whoever the owner, please get read to have losses or reduced business going forward with your staff attitude. Goodbye to your shop as yesterdays visit would...

No issues with the food offered but the staff! The store incharge is extremely adamant and senseless. Had been there with my family with a toddler and we were told that they’re are closed for the day and insisted us to go with takeaway and likely we did too. We got 4 single scoops and stood outside the store to eat along with the toddler we had with us, there came a couple with two kids when we came out of the store to stand and eat outside perhaps they were allowed to sit inside and eat. When questioned about this to the store incharge he told us since it was a single scoop I asked you to not to take seats and with audacity He says you can do whatever you want. There came another couple when we left the place who were also allowed to sit inside the store. I would kindly ask the management to check the cameras at their store post 11:50 PM and take action agains the store incharge/ manager. He also told me that they had kids along while we had a toddler along with us and he couldn’t see that? This disparity is shameful and you people don’t deserve customers.
