Extremely disappointing experience. I visited for a takeaway and encountered several serious concerns.

• The individual identifying himself as the manager, Mr. Salman Pasha, demonstrated poor customer service throughout my visit. • Although the printed bill totaled ₹1,260, I was charged ₹1,460 with no explanation - an unacceptable discrepancy. • All display units were switched off when I arrived, making the store appear closed, and I had to call out repeatedly before anyone responded. • Staff refused to accept card or UPI payments, insisting on cash only, which further erodes trust.

I strongly urge senior management to audit these transactions and address the evident service and accounting irregularities. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this...

Placed an order from this store at 3:40 am . The staff Ankit , shift supervisor prasanna seems to have switched off the phone wanting to avoid orders .How unprofessional is the store manager Praveen for employing such cunning and lazy staff. If you cannot work then don't waste someones time and effort just find a different job. Don't keep people hungry at 3am in the morning. When the delivery partner reached the store and gave passed the phone ,Prasanna very smartly turns the phone on and blames it on the network. I had called 3times at 3:48 as they did not accept the order and turned off the phone. Now he has turned on the phone and cunningly plays...
