K-Soul Café, located on Hosur Road near Christ University, Bengaluru, offers a distinctive culinary experience as the city’s first self-serve Korean ramyun bar. Designed for both seasoned lovers of Korean cuisine and curious first-timers, this café stands out for its customizable dining format, reasonable pricing, and authentic flavors.
The core of K-Soul’s appeal lies in its diverse range of ramyun offerings. Diners can choose from a variety of styles including classic spicy, kimchi-based, cheese-topped, and dumpling-loaded variants. Among these, the stir-fry vegetarian ramyun is particularly outstanding—it delivers a well-balanced, bold flavor profile that remains memorable long after the meal. Patrons also have the option to enhance their dishes with unlimited toppings for an additional ₹50, allowing for a truly tailored culinary experience.
Complementing the mains, K-Soul’s beverage menu includes Korean pouch drinks, chilled iced coffee, and a variety of soft drinks. The standout among these is Welch’s Grape Soda—a sweet, fizzy drink that pairs especially well with the spiced heat of the ramyun, and adds a charming touch to a casual, romantic outing.
Desserts at K-Soul are restrained in sweetness, in line with traditional Korean preferences. Offerings such as soft cheesecakes and delicately flavored ice creams provide a satisfying, light finish to the meal. Their subtle taste acts as a perfect contrast to the rich, spicy flavors of the main course.
Pricing at K-Soul Café is one of its strongest selling points. Most dishes fall within the ₹230–₹250 range, offering exceptional value considering the quality and authenticity of the ingredients. The nominal cost for unlimited toppings adds flexibility without inflating the budget.
The ambience is simple and functional, with a focus on efficiency and self-service. However, one practical drawback is the absence of designated parking. Located on a high-traffic stretch of Hosur Road, street parking is limited and often congested. Patrons are encouraged to consider public transport or cab services for a more convenient visit.
K-Soul Café delivers a thoughtfully curated Korean dining experience in the -almost- heart of Bengaluru. With its flavor-forward stir-fry ramyun, authentic Korean desserts, and refreshing grape soda, it excels in all three courses. Despite its parking limitations, the café’s culinary offerings and accessible pricing make it a standout destination for lovers of...
Read moreConjugated place. There is nothing cozy korean about it, just a trick to put more tables and make more money making the customers uncomfortable. Prices are absolutely ridiculous. Yeah you guys import it. Great. But I see no transparency in your business. No bill no receipts. You always rush the customers while eating. If the space is conjusted and cramped, and customers are waiting, that's not a us problem. That's a you problem. Make it more spacious. Remove those extra tables. Make it logical and spacious for 2 people to walk comfortably. Drinks, popsicles, noodles everything is overhyped and overpriced. If it's a genuine them please provide bill. A receipt or invoice covering each item that is paid for. Lack of transparency as they deny generating an invoice but yet charge a gst, poorly designed cramped place with very average food. Pathetic customer service and ill knowledged staff and owner. They dnno what hospitality is. Yeah I know this isn't a fancy restaurant. But atleast provide services for the high charges you take. 2 people if you take 2 drinks a ramen bowl and 2 popsicles, the bill will be magical 1700 to 2000. HOW? A ramen 250 rupees (2 people can share) 1 drink 300 rupees 2 drinks 600 rupees. 2 popsicles should not more than 300.
How is it crossing 1300? What GST? Why GST is applied if you cannot provide a RECEIPT OR A BILL?
This place is extremely overrated and hyped. A total daylight highway robbery. Zero experience zero taste and zero ambiance. It's just a small place with cheap tricks to make money and disrespect the customers. That it.
Work on fixing the issues mentioned in all low rates comments instead of justifying your stupid behaviour and actions. Seriously
Never visiting this place again. Seriously never. Importing isn't a excuse to put ridiculous charges on basic items. Also learn to be honest and provide a bloody receipt or a bill or an invoice for whatever we are charged for. Would definately sue them in consumer court for lack of service and overcharging. Experience is definitely pathetic..people should stop going here. You only get rushed, looted and disrespected..we know at what speed to eat. Space issue is your problem. Not the customer's problem. Stop rushing the customers. It's bad manners and pathetic customer service and terrible hospitality. With all due respect people owning and serving at this overrated cafe should do a course in hotel management and customer hospitality before...
Read moreSo fed up of these capitalistic cafes hyped up by fake commision based influencers, charging crazy premium for no service and no quality.
They charge 400-600% markup on every product. Before you buy just search with your google lens :) The space is cramped to the point that no two people can cross each other without a slight discomfort The staff mopped the floor, emptied the garbage and served the noodles with same unwashed hands. All the food items are full of refined wheat flour (maida) and refined sugar. disaster for health.
If this cafe runs for more than a few months, I will lose hope in the whole crowd of this city.
EDIT: (response to the reply from the owner)
It’s no surprise that the owner—lacking both experience and professionalism—chooses to respond to criticism with personal attacks instead of addressing real issues. Since there seems to be confusion, let’s set the record straight:
The pricing doesn’t add up. Two ramyun (MRP 120, SP 250), two drinks (MRP 130, SP 300), and two desserts (MRP 60, SP 350) somehow total 2,000. Hidden charges? Who knows. And they never provide a receipt, black money?
The food is as unhealthy as it gets, yet the owner conveniently ignores this fact in the original review and beats around the bush.
A well-designed cafe has thoughtful interiors and space to move. A cramped, chaotic setup with poor design choices is far from that. Whether the owner understands this or not, customers certainly will.
If fake accounts are a concern, let’s talk about those glowing five-star reviews. They seem far less genuine than this honest feedback.
You claim not to be a conventional dine-in cafe, yet charging over 2,000 for two popsicles, two packaged drinks, and instant noodles does not match the experience you provide.
Your arrogance will do more damage to your business than your lack of quality. You can fix these issues now or watch them...
