Kabab Magic — Restaurant in Bengaluru

The place is right next to Bagmane Tech Park. As the over bridge construction work is going on now, the area around is a bit dusty. Coming to the ambience of the place. It is a normal restaurant with mostly 4 seat arrangement. There is not much work done as such for the interiors. It has a self service counter. Once the food was ordered, ie, two chicken biriyani , 3 rotis and Paneer butter masala for 3 people, the serving was done in 15 minutes. Vegans might find it a bit out of place. As for the food, I will rate it 2/5. The biriyani was a bit more oily than usual ones. The chicken within was cooked okay, but mostly the pieces were not having much to bite on. The extra side dishes, a green chutney, salad, chicken curry, seemed a bit unnecessary and was not in sync with the taste of the biriyani. The presentation was not proper. There was no proper position for the side dishes and the chicken in the biriyani. The paneer butter masala was ordered by a friend of mine. So can't judge it.

There is space for lot of improvement. The arrangement of seats can be changed to accomodate both vegans and others. The entrance doors need to be automated or closed as needed due to the current condition of the area(dusty). The presentation of the food can be improved. Self service counters are good, but if you have a waiter system then it can enhance the customer relation. A bit of interior decoration can pull in lot of customers. Worst experience while billing and very poor response from the billing guy.

First of all this review is not about the food quality. It's about the very worst experience that I had today while billing. The old guy who was in the reception will be around 45-50 years old, I give him my order three times but he not even listened to me and he taken orders from others and billed them. Finally when no one was in the counter he asked me what do you want? I gave my order once again patiently and when I was about to make my payment with zeta app he told me very rudely that he won't accept app payments and he asked me to give card or cash.

I don't know why such careless and stupid People like him are kept in the reception. I never had such experience in kebab magic before. This really made my day worse.

They have two different sitting arrangements. If you want to dine out and place the order from table, then go to the 1st floor. Your order will be served at the table. Ground floor is kind of self-service. You have to get the bill from the counter and then you need to collect the food from the stalls. I find both the way good. Non-veg food is tastier than veg and have typical south-Indian touch. They’ve Executive Biriyani Thali which is enough for 2 adults. I specially want to mention about the Shawarma, the whole thing will melt in your mouth, it’s heavenly. The cost of two is reasonable, you can easily manage within 250-300 Rs for meal and 100Rs for snacks. You can also pack food from the stalls. I prefer to pack from here if I have guests at home.
