I recently dined at Rannaghar, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The food we initially received was bland, lacking any flavor or seasoning. Hoping for improvement, we kindly requested the staff to fix the issue. To our shock, the food was returned to us burnt — an obvious lack of care in the kitchen.I think stones are softer than the chicken pieces. My sister could not eat and we had to eat momos outside the eatery and it was way more better than the food served here

Not only did the staff fail to enhance the dish, but they also showed no accountability for their mistake. There was no attempt to offer an alternative or an apology.

Today we ordered 2 plate of egg Tadka from this restaurant and while eating my mom felt something in her mouth and then she thought this is something related to food so she again tried to eat and she got hurt...After that we notice that it's a metal screw.. It was there inside the daal tadka and my mom was about the swallow that..
